I bought the DIY kit for an odd sized print. The shipping time was accurate (albeit slow) and the product was wrapped and protected nicely. They items are loose, not pre-packaged--no scuffs, no scrapes. Included wire hangers and wall bumpers for the frame, but no hanging wire (-1 star). Frame was easy to assemble and fit tightly without glass, and without extra backing. Pleased with the final product. Will shop here again.

When I received the frames the top glass of the top one was broken. On 12-18-23 Mandy/FrameUSA said she would send me new glass piece. Never received glass.

The frame was not well made. The black facing easily teared and although the joints connected firmly they will not last long with any amount of fiddling with. The paper like facing will scratch and wear poorly over time. It is hard to tell when bought online but for $100 i expected better quality. The protection of tbe acrylic frame was well done and it makes the art light for hanging.
