Multiple items in my order were damaged and Frame USA immediately made it right and sent replacement items -at no cost to me- that were in perfect condition.

I love the frames I get from your company, but the “special instructions” option is not helpful. I do not use glass for my framed embroideries, so do not need, nor want, glass. I was told I will have to call to place an order for a frame with no glass. This might make me reconsider ordering at all.

As stated, a good product for what I could afford.

Was easy to order. Arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Was pretty much as described. The only issue was that the wooden frame had a large defect in the wood that I had to hide by making it the “top “ of the frame.

One frame was broken upon delivery, but your CS dept was prompt with a replacement. Overall the poster frames were as described.

The frames and mats were custom size and perfect. Everything I was hoping for! All 4 styrene sheets were damaged upon arrival. Fram USA immediately sent me new styrene. This second shipment also arrived with scratches and damage. I gave up and went to our local hardware store to buy glass. I lost some money on this order but didn't want to deal with another round of junk styrene.
