Worst frame I have ever received. Corners did not match. Sharp metal edges. Screamed CHEAP POS!

It showed up broken

It deeply saddens me that I have to write this review of FrameUSA. Even though the product seems to be quality, their customer service lacks the ability to make orders right when things are not. This has led me to file a lawsuit and I have Ia project that remains incomplete. My goal was to build a framed collage of my family on a wall. I orderehid 31 frames of various sizes to hang these pictures flush on the wall. This order included some custom frames. I ordered these frames on FrameUSA website using my phone. When the frames arrived, some were wall hanging and some were for standing on a table top. When I contacted FrameUSA about replacing all the table top backings with wall hanging backings for the stock frames, they said no. The options they gave me is I could return the non-custom frames or use sawtooth hangers on them. Their solution either caused me to be stuck with frames I don't need or my picture collage will not be flush on the wall with the hanging hardware showing. As a side note, the custom frames were all wall hanging frames. It was their stock frames that were the problem. Neither solution they offered were acceptable. They claimed that their website clearly states which frames come as table top and which are wall hanging. Evidently, the type of backing is based solely on the size of the frame. You cannot designate what type of backing you need while ordering. That their web site clearly states this may be true if you are ordering using a computer. But using a phone, it is not. There are seemingly dead links that are supposed to explain this but the links don't take you to a page that tells you that. Rather the links don't do anything but add more data to the bottom of the page completely out of sight and with no indication that the data was added to the page. In order to see it, you have to scroll down past the ordering section and past a full page of white space (space with absolutely nothing on it). And there you find their explanation. No acceptable resolution has been found and I have been forced to file a lawsuit to recover my money.

Basically everything possible went wrong with my order. Frames/covers came scratched and dented. Photo quality was low. Low resolution and colors all screwed up

The glass was broken in 2 of the grames

These frames are between Walmart and Michael's quality at 3x the price. Just go to Michaels

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Ordered a frame for a client at $224. Please understand that I order product 24/7. I understand quality v. Price. I didn’t expect the Taj Mahal, but I expected it to be reasonable quality. It was not. If I were going to estimate the actual cost of this product…that I am certain is from China, at $10. No really.

I received two of 5 custom frames with all corners separated. These were badly constructed and they did not have quality control oversee anything. These company will not be responsible for the defective frames, because I called after 30 days. Buy beware! They look like poorly constructed ikea frames that I spent too much money on and will not have to go to a landfill. The customer service person was rude and unhelpful and when I said I’d write a negative review she said “I won’t help you now because you’ve threatened me.” A negative review is the only recourse I have. I said nothing rude to her at all. Horrible quality of product, no oversight, and bad customer service.
