I accidentally ordered a second time in the same order, it was not easy finding customer service to discuss refunding the second payment.

The frame customization options and the accuracy of the measurements were excellent. Unfortunately, the back of the frame was of very low quality. The pieces holding the backing were flimsy (one fell out in transit), and the back was only a piece of corrugated cardboard.

Several frames were damaged in transit, the result of mid handling. Replacements were sent, but one of them was damaged, as well. I know they left the facility in good condition, but I question the build quality.

The mats were initially cut to the wrong measurements and I had trouble reaching customer service. I ended up writing to a sales person, who got it taken care of and I got the mats I needed. A person should be able to easily reach customer service when they place an order. The vendor could include this information in the email notification they send when you ship an order, and it ought to be easy to find on the website.

Something has changed. I have ordered the same product several times in the past 2 years and was very satisfied with the quality and service. This business appears to have sold and relocated from Ohio to Michigan, possibly merging with another frame business called Craig's Frames. (It's not clear, and it's annoying when businesses aren't transparent about changes they're making.) I just ordered more of the same exact wood frames using the same website as before but the frames I received this time are clearly of inferior quality. The wood and grain is not as nice, the stain / finish is not as nice. (A few spots will need touching up.) The joints aren't as tight. The flex tabs are not in the right place, and some are really a mess. When I ordered these frames last year customer service called me at home to discuss my order so that they could get it just right for me. This time, not only were my order instructions ignored, but the frames shipped immediately and no care was taken to reply to my request, let alone fulfill it. Even the packaging is inferior. Last year these shipped with all cardboard packing, neatly arranged and carefully packaged with nice, reusable and recyclable packaging. This latest order came with a lot of plastic and foam packaging that can't be reused and is going straight into a landfill. Overall, after opening my packages I am left with a feeling of disappointment. If this is your first time ordering, you might think the product is okay. But if you are a previous customer it's very disappointing to see the quality go down. I had spent a long time looking for a frame supplier that made the right product for my business and I thought that I had found it. I even told some peers about this supplier last year. Now I'm going to have to start my search again. Just so disappointing.

The frame was not well made. The black facing easily teared and although the joints connected firmly they will not last long with any amount of fiddling with. The paper like facing will scratch and wear poorly over time. It is hard to tell when bought online but for $100 i expected better quality. The protection of tbe acrylic frame was well done and it makes the art light for hanging.

Just look me up and you can follow the chain of events. However it all worked out. Confidence is low for Frame USA.and I will order again. Happy New Year to all

Frames were delivered very quickly. They were a far sub quality from what I expected. Corners didn't match up, wood was warped and pieces were literally breaking off as we were putting the pictures in. They look nice, but I don't expect the to last. I suppose for the price, they were ok.
