Great local business
From first contact through the entire purchase the customer service was top notch! They offer competitive pricing with financing options available as well. Having a dealer close by for any warranty support provides added piece of mind. I am hoping this stove lasts me a long time, but I would definitely come back in the future!

You shipping charges are outrageous
You shipping charges are outrageous. $40 to ship a couple of aluminum drip pans. Really?

Unfortunately, the current economic climate has led to an increase in the cost of goods across the board, including the shipping fees that we must cover as a business. To address this issue, we strive to be as transparent as possible about our shipping costs. These charges are clearly displayed on product pages and during checkout. As the economy continues to fluctuate, we will keep making necessary adjustments. At this point, however, we need to balance offering competitive rates to our customers while ensuring that we remain profitable as a company.

Going above and beyond to fix delivery issues!
I recently purchased a Drolet Fireplace from Cozy Glow Stoves and cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, they were incredibly responsive. We ran into some delivery issues that were completely out of their control, but the team jumped in immediately to help resolve the situation as quickly as possible. I was truly impressed by their promptness and their willingness to assist even though the fault wasn't theirs. Because I was so impressed with the service, I’ve already gone back to buy a screen, glass cleaner, and other accessories. If you’re looking for a company that actually cares about its customers and stands by its products, this is the one. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer!
