I ordered a large flat screen tv from aafes on 8/24. First Scheduling link on 9/9 filled out info. contacted them by email on 9/21 and 9/29 same usually response we are working hard on getting this to you. called on 9/30 got the same we are working hard on it. called aafes several times and they got the same answer. now its been two months and i still do not have a delivery date. worst company ever. if i ever order anything else and its this company i will buy elsewhere. here is my number 263u923029

Order 40U1000855 It clearly states they will contact the day before to let you know a 4 hour window for the delivery. I never received this information. At 12:44 pm I received a text that they would be there within 30 minutes. I had to abruptly leave work to meet them because FragilePak didn't notify me of the 4 hour window. I then received an email from Sebastian with this response: SEBASTIAN RUIZ (FragilePAK) Oct 21, 2022, 10:57 MST Hello Brandy, Thank you for contacting us. My system shows that you received your order 40U1000855 on October 21, we are sorry the team didn't provide you with the 4 hours of delivery window. Nevertheless, we hope you are enjoying your package. Crappy customer service!!!

If you are reading this you have realized just how INCOMPETENT Fragil Pak is. The warehouse where they picked up my order is 13 HOURS from my home. Forward 6 WEEKS later and my order is not at their final mile warehouse, no idea when it will get to the final mile warehouse and no delivery date is in sight. For 3 weeks in row their customer service told me my order would be loaded this week and at the final mile warehouse no later than the beginning of the next week. Flat out lies. On one occasion I did talk with a customer service agent that was truthful, there was no explanation why my order sat at several warehouses each time for more than a week with no movement what so ever. Was also told my order had been loaded and sent to the wrong warehouse, that warehouse was not aware that a trailer full of orders had been left and the trailer remained untouched for over a week. I contacted the seller asking for assistance, Fragil Pak provided the seller with information that also was a flat out lie. The seller then followed up several times but emails were not returned by Fragil Pak. The seller became as frustrated as I and even though the cancelation date for my order had passed, the seller offered to allow me to cancel and provided a full refund immediately. I jumped at the offer wanting no more dealings with Fragil Pak. I have no intention of proving the tracking number, if you have read ALL the complaints Fragil Pak has received, they respond asking so they can follow up, as far as I'm concerned that is BS. Any orders I place in the future I will ask the seller if Fragil Pak is their carrier, I WILL NOT do business with that seller.

Fragilepak had delivered a large flat screen tv I ordered. Once the seller identified that the package was being shipped, the Fragilepak website listed my order. It took seven days from when they picked up the item until it arrived at my house. Their website provided updates. The process to select a delivery date was simple, and most important, they delivered on the date selected. Based on my experience they deserved the five star rating I gave.

Absolutely TERRIBLE!!!! My order was shipped on Sep17 and should have arrived approx a 3 weeks later. I scheduled my delivery for Oct 12th, my wife stayed home and waited all day for a no call, no show. I looked at the tracking information and they switched the estimated delivery date to a week later on the 19th without speaking with us. I was sent out of country and tried to email my wifes number to them to coordinate delivery (which they also ignored). Now it is the 18th and I was informed via voice mail that they have a delay and will not be delivering my shipment until the 26th. I honestly have no faith that they will follow through. I have tried reaching out via email only to receive delayed and vague responses. I was just on hold for over an hour with no answer. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE... AVOID THIS COMPANY. Order number 263U954306. Update: I did receive my complete order on the 26th. I received a phone call (automated) to let me know they were 15 mins away. The delivery crew were decent to deal with. It was a frustrating lead up, but at least I got my furniture... finally.

Drivers left my two enormous and heavy boxes ( over 100 pounds) on sidewalk instead of leaving in front of garage door or bringing to front door. They were obviously too lazy to care. Totally horrendous delivery company. Beware!!

Worst delivery company ever!!!!!! I ordered a sectional couch back in May, fragilepak finally updated that they had my order on august 17. I tried calling and emailing numerous times in regards to when my couch would be delivered and never received a response back. Finally got a tracking number stating my couch would be delivered on September 20, I only received 1/2 of my sectional that day. Called and spoke to customer service and they stated they had to find out where the other half of my order was, I also sent emails asking for updates and only getting responses that they were looking into it. After 4 weeks of hearing nothing I finally got a call that the other half of my couch would be delivered on October 11, when it arrived it was in a box, when I opened the box I found a brown leather loveseat (my couch is black) I called customer service and told them I was given someone else’s couch and they told me they would have to call the warehouse and find out yet again where my furniture was and call me back. I never received a phone call but got a confirmation text stating I had an appt scheduled for a pickup and delivery on the 13th but provided no 4 hour time frame for delivery. I have never had such a horrible experience with a company than I have with this one, do not recommend!!!

Worst shipping company I have ever dealt with. I have been waiting since the 18th of August for my shipment it is now the 11th of October. The first time they were scheduled to deliver they sent a text message an hour before the delivery to cancel. They rescheduled a month out and never turned up. I was on hold for 3 hours trying to find out whether the driver was actually going to rock up as we never heard from anyway. Customer service said they couldn’t even get a hold of the driver. It’s completely disgusting and appalling service.
