My order (255U948775) was scheduled to be delivered on 14 Sep 2022 and was given a delivery time between 10 am - 2 pm. The window passed and I did not receive the 30 minute call that I was supposed to. Contacted customer service and was told delivery team arrived at 2:15 pm and no one was home - not true. I live in an apartment building and had they called, I could have met them. This is extremely frustrating as I now have to wait for them to update their site with delivery times. After reading all these reviews, I'm doubtful that I will ever receive my package.

The delivery company was a no show, no call for confirmed delivery time. Thousands of dollars of furniture was nowhere to be found. Confirmation of delivery window was sent twice. FragilePak did not respond to emails. Like others who left reviews, I found that they do not answer the phone. I waited on hold for over an hour, to be scoffed at by customer service who indicated that we signed up for this and that there was no way to guarantee any kind of delivery time or window. Only when I could prove that I had received an email that morning along with two separate confirmation texts and then offered to call the police and file a stolen goods report, was she immediately able to come up with the driver, his name and phone number and magically an ETA of 4 minutes. The only course as consumers is to check to make sure that FragilePak is not the delivery service being utilized, or read the reviews and prepare to be held hostage, waiting all day for furniture that may or may not come. Shame on Crate and Barrel for strapping their customers with such a terrible delivery service. This was the only way we could have furniture delivered to us from their store/website. Fragilepak does not take you seriously, or value your time. Additionally, in this case, evidence was that they also treat their employees poorly, as these two men, who were very pleasant and apologetic, acknowledged that they were hours late due to their truck not being loaded when they arrived, which is usual operating procedure. I fed them (because it was far into the evening and past dinner time), tipped them and sent them on their way and suggested to the customer service rep that she find a better company for whom to answer phones. They can't leave until you to sign a survey while they wait, there's no way to really be thorough, or really inspect the furniture to make sure there isn't a problem. This is a joke. Never. Again.

Our order was received today, after 44 days in transit. I have read all of these reviews and "yup" all true. I can only add that I was supposed to get a 4 hour delivery window yesterday and was unable. I got a 2 minute phone message at 3:10am this morning advising me of todays delivery. People at FragilePAK are very nice on the phone but, their performance is a real "head shaker". It is so bad that I can't describe it. The FragilePAK website has all great reviews, they got lucky

FragilePak Order # 255U777277. It was supposed to be delivered on or around August 4th. It is now September 7th. I ordered through DiscountBandit on May 2nd which connected me with the 3rd party vendor. I knew going into this it would be weeks if not months before my order arrived and this was fine at the time. FragilePak turned out to be the shipping company. Had I known, I would not have proceeded with the order. I have contacted them 8 times starting right before the delivery date since I hadn't heard any updates and their portal had not updated. They have repeatedly told me things like, "I apologize for the inconvenience; I would like to inform you that we are working with our service provider to schedule your order 255U777277 as soon as possible. Once your order will be ready to be scheduled, For further questions let us know." but without any real answers as to what is happening. This shipping company is awful. The 3rd party company has not been helpful either. I will be going back to DiscountBandit now to share the experience I've been having. I'm also on the verge of cancelling my order entirely because I have my doubts it is ever going to arrive at this point. This has been unacceptable service and they are a horrible shipping company. I'm sure they're going to respond to this and say they're working on the order, but August 4th has come and gone. Considering it's September 7th, there's no excuse for this long of a delay.

If I could enter a 0 I would this is by far the absolute worst shipping company. You will wait on hold for at least 2 hours. You will schedule a delivery and they will never show up, not call, not do anything to make it right. Crate and Barrel partners with this company and every piece of furniture I have ordered has not shown up on time. This is a horrible company. They want you to be available for their 4 hour window but don’t have the respect to tell you they aren’t coming at all during that 4 hour time frame. I have lost countless days off from work. Had to take 4 days of PTO for 2 different deliveries! Ridiculous I would like 2 days of my PTO comped back which is fair seeing how I wouldn’t have had to take them off if they showed up when they should have! I still have 1 more delivery for the 12th let’s see if they don’t mess that one up too.

They suck. They don't call you back. package was sitting in town for a week. I had to go pick it up. Fragile Pak sucks.

Terrible communication. Showed up when they weren't scheduled and didn't come when they were scheduled. They finally left the big box I received in the wrong door to my building. Awful!

My order number is 263U920165. I was told my tv would be delivered between August 29, 2022 to August 31,2022. I hit the button that told me to schedule the delivery then all of a sudden I get this they can’t do anything until 72 hours when they told me to schedule a time that my tv had arrived. Reading these comments they all are the same! I plan to escalate this issue, I’m not even going to wait! I plan to escalate this right away to the vp right away.
