It has been a month since I paid right around $1,000 for a display to be shipped. FragilePak keeps changing when it will even arrive in my state let alone when it will arrive at my location. Was assured it would be here by the time I needed it. Still don't have a delivery date scheduled. They won't tell me where it is or when it may arrive. All I know is it has been a month and it is still not here. By far, the worst freight company I have ever dealt with!!!

After stating that the delivery date would not work for me the company still schedule my delivery with a delivery window when I was not available. Since I need the delivery a friend kindly offered to go ti my grouse to expect the delivery. No one showed up with my delivery. I was on the phone and emailed multiple people all day long and was assured I would have a delivery, that the truck could be delayed. The delivery never showed. No one contacted me back. Today, I talked to customer service and found out the delivery would take another week. Unacceptable. People take time off to wait for these deliveries and there’s no accountability from the company. Customer service is useless.

I did not get the four hour window the day before my delivery date and so I missed a whole day of work and no one showed up with my delivery. I was on the phone and emailed multiple people all day long and was assured I would have a delivery that day. I have talked to numerous people since Monday and it is now Thursday they have no idea where my product is and I cannot reschedule until they find it. Apparently, they only deliver on Mondays so I am expected to miss another day of work whenever it is found and finally delivered.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Honestly I’m not sure how these people are still in business. I’m in total shock of the lack of responsibility they take when they have you waiting all day around the house for them to just not show up. I’d give them zero starts if I could. Worst delivery company I’ve ever dealt with. And don’t get me started about the terrible customer service.

Lost my mattress. Fragilepak was the primary shipping agent responsible for delivering my new mattress and base. The base was delivered flawlessly, but the mattress was lost by ShoMe Delivery who Fragilepak had contracted out to deliver the mattress and base. It has now been 3 months and counting and my Mattress still has not been delivered due to Fragilepak constantly delaying the process by ordering a never ending "warehouse search" to try and find the product.

Never bothered to call when they didn't show up on the original delivery day. Spent the next few days trying to get in contact with someone, and the few times I did, they said they would call back with an update and I heard nothing. It's now coming up on 2 MONTHS since I bought this couch, and I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my life. I also work a full time job and have to keep rearranging my meetings and schedule for delivery when nothing happens. We are stuck sitting on chairs in the living room until we get our delivery. Incredibly disappointed with this service. Avoid them at all costs.

Worst company in the world. Just look at how many 1-star reviews there are. Anything above 1 star must be management trying to pull the average up. Today they gave me a 10:00-2:00pm window. Driver called at 3:30 to say he was 15-20 minutes away. Then simply never showed up. He decided that working after 3pm is for losers. Clients can wait all day, if you go to these guys' website it's all about "costumer focus". But i called the driver back 10 times, he never answered. Then i called the company and... after holding for over 30 minutes, no one picked up.

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE- Stay as far away as posssible! The level of incompetence is astounding. Never follow through with anything and expected me to to their job for them. Never bothered to set up the rental car and then was off for a couple days and so was the supervisor! I couldn't believe what was going on. And as I am writing this I was place on hold t be transferred and they just disconnected me. You can't make this foolshness up. No one takes responsibility for anything and want to pass the blame. ANd because they didn't make the reservation ahead of time as tey were suppose to I am expexted to pay additional costs for a more expensive car rental because nothing else was available. I could go on and on with the whole disaster!
