I visited the Freeport NY branch and had the pleasure of being assisted by Yolanda Williams. Ms. Williams was efficient, informative, personable and knowledgeable. I really felt as if I was a valued member of the bank.

I met with Lakshya Kumar. He was very knowledgeable of the transactions I needed to perform when I met with him. Furthermore, he was aware of a CD rate change that was available on the first day of May. Unlike other banks, he confirmed my POA on file and reminded me if I wanted a beneficiary on my new account. He was also much quicker processing my transactions than I have experienced at other financial institutions.

Sydney Young greeted me with a beautiful smile . She was knowledgeable and so friendly. I explained what I needed and she got down to business , everything was well explained to me and I walked out a very happy customer .
