All the bank employers know their job and are friendly. The bank is clean and you can always find a goody/item to take home.

FourLeaf Federal Credit Union made Home Equity lines really inconvenient for their customers! This time I am writing about the issues making principal payments to the HELOC. The payment platform they use do not allow an option to make principal only payments even when you have made the interest payment. I have to call into the new servicer to have this done. This is another huge inconvenience for the customer. To fix this issue, FLFCU needs to move all HELOCs back to their original servicer and allow the original features of the app and online platform. I wrote a review 7 days ago regarding the following issues with the HELOC. Customers with home equity lines can only access that money through checks. Money cannot be transferred through the app or through any other source. This is extremely inconvenient for customers! Previously, customers could transfer money within the app to other accounts with FourLeaf 24/7. This is the ideal way for customers to be able to use their home equity lines because it allows us access to our money when we need it, 24/7, and within minutes! In addition, it allowed customers to deposit money into the home equity line more easily for payments. To fix this problem, FourLeaf needs to reinstate the ability to transfer funds from the home equity line to all accounts with FourLeaf and allow direct deposits into the home equity line within the app. It is understood that companies make mistakes; however, it is how they handle those mistakes that matter. FourLeaf needs to fix this immediately to show they pay attention and are here for the convenience of their customers.

When I first established my HELOC last year their electronic banking capability was somewhat adequate, albeit a bit confusing. Recently Fourleaf undertook a bizarre systems overhaul which place the company squarely in the 1980s. Barely. Example: if you want to draw funds from your HELOC you have to write a check to yourself and deposit this check into your checking account using their mobile app. I haven't actually tried this process but I suspect it is riddled with restrictions such as limitations on the amounts that you can deposit and withdraw and probably delays in posting these transactions. So the HELOC has incredibly low liquidity. And their customer service has degraded tremendously. Example: they have separate customer service for their loans and for their regular banking. I would stay away from this credit Union.

This is a Credit Union, and has the worst savings rates I have ever seen. They recently changed the platform for their mortgage products, and made it very difficult to make automated payments and access your line of credit. The bill pay service has no export facility for scheduled payments so you have to write the amounts down and add them with a calculator like its 1970. The representatives are very good and professional, but some are ill informed and provide bad information.

Bethpage/Four Leaf has been the best financial institution that I have dealt with in 40+ years of banking. They are both my personal and business banking institution.

CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE. I started when this company was Beth page for a HELOC. We had ACH auto payments set up. A copule of months ago they switched everything over to a new company. All of a sudden, our auto payments disappeared, we never received any payments in the mail, but started getting notices that we were behind on payments! When we called in they couldn’t even tell us what was owed and told us we had to wait until their website updated in July. The said we got mailings and it was our fault. Tried that once it came onboard and couldn’t find our account. Then calling in they are “experiencing high call volume today” they try to push you again to the website. Still on hold...Seriously regret going with this company. I would choose just about any other company for a HELOC
