I went into bank my encounter was…
I went into bank my encounter was excellent but I went to the drive through a week later representative was very rude .

A Real Hassle
It's too hard to get a replacement bank card working. It comes with no instructions a barely legible number on the back, their phone help puts you on hold forever on a silent line and eventually disconnects you gives you broken reference numbers and finally afterv6 hours. My bank card may finally work (I haven't tried it yet).
