Customer service is good but rates on interest bearing accounts are about as low as they can go. I’ve been throwing money away by banking with FLCU. As a member for approximately 50 years it’s time to start looking elsewhere.

It’s most easy and fast to open an account with four leaf and earlier I had an account for car loan at lower interest rates than any other banks with zero issues

I had a very good experience at the Levittown branch. It is very convenient for me because it is so close to my home and within walking distance. The teller was friendly, professional, and very helpful. My transaction was handled quickly and efficiently. I really appreciate the excellent customer service! Yes 100% recommend to have this bank.

I was originally a customer of Bethpage Federal Credit Union and became a Fourleaf customer as part of the transition. Unfortunately, my experience with Fourleaf’s online banking has been extremely frustrating. I am consistently unable to access my online account successfully. I have direct deposit going into this account and rarely make transactions, so I typically only need to log in occasionally to check my balance. However, nearly every time I attempt to access my account, I am unable to log in. Customers should be able to access their accounts easily and reliably, especially for something as basic as checking an account balance. The ongoing login issues have made my experience with Fourleaf’s online banking extremely disappointing and inconvenient. Overall, this has been a horrible online banking experience and a significant decline from what I experienced as a Bethpage customer.
