Terrible! I spent almost two hours trying to use the lash lift kit. I followed all instructions and made sure my kid was clean. My lashes would not stick at all to the pad. This was after struggling to keep the pad (that I cut) in place. I use the serum for a month, so I know my lashes are long enough to use it. I was in tears by the end of. Your website and Instagram are very misleading and your reviews for the kit are extremely old and few, making me believe they are fake and or paid for. I really wanted to like you guys, but after this experience I think will take my business elsewhere and just find a new serum as well, so I don’t have to deal with you. And I want a refund.

My eyebrows were falling off, looking really bad! I've always looked for something to help them grow again. When I saw ForChics, I knew I had to try! I used them 2x a day everyday for 3 weeks, and THEY GREW BACK! Only downfall was that at about a month, it started smelling weird, I knew it was time to order another one. Would definitely recommend!

Terrible experience. Ordered before checking reviews then read about the allergic reactions and cancelled as have been sensitive in the past. Forchics shipped my order AFTER I had cancelled. Then told me to "return no duties". The address on the package was a UK address, I emailed to confirm and got an automated response with a US address. I followed initial instructions and returned to sender (UK address printed on package) with tracking, cost me about £7.... Still no refund. They say that is not their address despite it being printed as a return address on my package. Awful customer service, no advice on how to solve issue. They send you on a wild goose chase to stop you getting your money back. Totally unethical. I cancelled before shipping as per my consumer rights and will now have to escalate this to trading standards.

I bought three tubes of the lash enhancing serum. I never really react to any products, so didn’t think this one would be an issue. I’ve used it day and night for a month and haven’t seen any changes yet. I saw some reviews saying to keep at it for 2 months minimum to see results - I would, but it makes my eyes burn and go a red, and feel tired. Also, I’ve never had dark circles before and have done since using your product :( sad to say it didn’t work, but am hoping that not using the serum will at least make the dark circles go away. I would appreciate a full refund on the three lash serums. Have sent an email about this, hopefully I hear back from someone soon!

All I can say is thank god for your company! I’ve used other products but my early 2000’s over plucked eyebrows wouldn’t grow back until I started using your serum!

i placed my order on 12/27/20. it is now 1/25/21- 20 business days later, still has not arrived. I have never dealt with a company that tells you the shipping time (after you email asking what is taking so long) is 15-20+ business days. 20+ business days is actually equal to “forever”- that is not an estimated time frame. I am sure this stuff is being shipped from china like all these fake companies that advertise garbage on instagram- this company just seems to have a team working on good branding to make it seem local and legit. Would love to hear them mention where they are actually based out of. I emailed them a few weeks ago asking what the hold up could reasonably be for this to take this long and i did get a friendly email response assuring me my product shipped and was given the same tracking number i had gotten in an earlier email- unfortunately when I actually use that tracking link it says there is an error of some sort and gives me no actual information. I see this company keeps commenting on these negative reviews (that all seem to be the same things) assuring people they are not a fake company and telling you to email them. Usually a company that isn’t fake does not have to write repeatedly that they are not fake lol. Forchics- don’t bother writing me to email you- you’re clearly a scam. Also why is this page full of negative comments but their instagram comment section is 100% positive? oh- because they’re deleting all their bad comments. this company will go under in a year- no way businesses like this can actually survive long term.

Please do not use this product. It will cause ocular inflammation. I have only used it for three days but this morning I woke up to bulging eyes that were completely bloodshot, and I haven’t started any other products or medications. DO NOT USE.

Just got the serum in the mail....it’s SO WATERY, is it supposed to be like that? The word serum to me makes me think thick. Still going to try it to see if it works.
