The glue was terrible and it was something I anticipated as I’ve seen/ read reviews before it arrived, so I came prepare with my own glue but it still won’t work. I had to ask a friend to help me and she still couldn’t stick all my lashes down. We still went ahead and followed the instructions. My results? It’s just my regular old lashes but with glue residue now.

I ordered this product 2nd November and I am still waiting for it!!!! It shows out for delivery on the 1st Dec nothing since then. I have emailed multiple times and whilst they are nice I have requested a refund or replacement multiple times and I get no where! It takes days to get a reply from the customer service and to be going back and forth for a month and still no resolution is ridiculous! For this simple fact I would not recommend shopping with this company.

I was so scared to purchase from the website since I’m always getting scammed, I ACTUALLY RECEIVED THE PRODUCT!!! Trust the site, trust the product.

I saw many good reviews and before and after photos so I decided to try my luck. It worked well for me! Almost immediately I saw a subtle difference in my lash length. With more use I saw more length. They look nice even without mascara! I was so pleased that I’ve even decided to buy the eyebrow serum. I have yet to use it but expect nothing less than results.

I am using ForChics for my eyelash and eyebrows.. both works really good especially for eyelash is growing really fast like magic!! For eyebrows is slowly but sure ... I love it!! Thanks ForChics!

I saw really good reviews with the eyelash serum and thought i’d give it a try. That was a total mistake! I continuously woke up with red, puffy, dry, itchy skin around the eyes while using it. I took a couple week break from it, so the skin would heal before using it again. After just one night of use, I woke up with the worst swollen, red, and dry skin yet, as well as my actual eyes being extremely goopy and red. Do not recommend ever, but especially if you have sensitive skin around your eyes.

I wish I would’ve read these reviews before buying anything. I ordered their brow and lash bundle and when it showed delivered I checked the mailbox and nothing was there. I sent THREE emails until I was given a pre-typed response telling me to basically figure it out. I waited to see if it’ll come up and nothing. Now I’m $50 short, annoyed. I used to work in e-commerce so it’s really frustrating when a company shows horrible customer service because it’s really not that difficult. Update: and again I’m $50 short having to file reports (which I already did with the post office) all because ultimately this is the companies shipping choice AND have horrible customer service. I live in an apartment where we have a specific mailbox so how it was misplaced I can’t tell you but not once did they offer to fix this. Basically telling me it’s not their problem. They took my money and offered nothing in return. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. I am so disappointed in their customer service. I have worked in e-commerce and I would’ve given them a chance if they would’ve worked with me even a little but from the first response they sent me it was clear they don’t care if they jip people.

My mother ordered this product in September and still hasn’t received it. The customer service is abysmal! She asked for a refund and they refused to do it. There were emails that said the order is on the way...in Australia and we live in Canada! Why they won’t just refund my mother’s money is just wrong. Why this company is taking advantage of people during this time is unconscionable 😤
