I flew from Vegas to Florida. I have flown numerous times over the years with numerous different airlines. This was the first time I had flown with Breeze and this will also be the last time. Their flight attendants were the rudest people I have ever come across, and for no good reason at all. I have never seen a more miserable staff and it doesn't give this airline a very good look.

Delayed flight that was texted 25 minutes prior to when I had to arrive at the airport, and then delayed another 30 minutes via text and another 30 minutes without any notification at all! Including not even on the speakers at the airport. Not one person got o the intercom to speak to us. Purchased an ascent ticket and everyone was boarded at the same time! Crazy chaos! The workers at the airport are VERY inefficient! So so so slow.

We got a flight with Breeze Airways and was left stranded at the airport with no ride or no where to go. They left us completely stranded in a state we have never been to. Would 100% not recommend. The initial flight plan was to leave at noon be at Norfolk for around 3 or so then be back home after that. But then the plane was grounded and then their was a massive delay and now here we are in a city far way and no where to go. Again would definitely not recommend breeze airlines. And while being on the plane we where only given water 1 time and a light snack and we had to pay for after 12 hours of waiting

We were very pleased with the promptness & efficiency of Breeze. However, we were not at all pleased that we had to pay $200 for our carry on bags, even though the website claims that one personal bag & one carry on bag are permitted & free, without having to check any bags. That is quite a lot that we did not intend to pay. In the Ogdensburg, NY airport, the staff spoke SO quickly that any directions or instructions they gave over the PA was not at all clear. most staff were polite & friendly, but most simply just did their job without interacting with the public. The flight itself was long, but mostly comfortable, since there is little room. It was smooth & we arrived ahead of schedule, which was very nice.

Okay I booked a flight but for the wrong date so I canceled it and booked again for the right day they refunded my money so I thought but when I looked close they made a fake invoice statement stated that they refunded it,it was actually a guest account with email they created and card ending in 8017 that's not my email and I don't have a card number ending in that I would never fly with them again just be aware it's cheap but they will keep

I wasn't familiar with Breeze Airways, this was my first time & it was very joyful to fly with them. Everything went smoothly, the seats are comfortable and the staff were friendly. I will most definitely fly with them for my next trip.

Nicole J from booking hangs up on me when I’m trying to make a Reservation I call back and finally get ahold of her and asked her why she hung up she said it’s there system. I asked why didn’t you call back she said she went on break I’ll take Delta .

Breeze is the worst airline that a person can fly on. looking at the cost, you think it will be beneficial for quick flight, but NEVER choose Breeze no matter what. My flight was delayed every hour for about 6 hours the day before my sons birthday. We paid for a vacation package at universal and due to the delays we found out at 9pm that night that the flight would be moved to 1pm the next day, which would have ruined our plans. We had to drive 8 hours from Gulfport to make it to Orlando the next day for our son’s birthday. Breeze chat box was the worst and wouldn’t let us cancel our returning flight even though it was their fault we had to drive so last minute and late at night and early morning. I asked for reimbursement, submitted the form, and was denied because they said it was out of their control. This airline is all about money, doesn’t have a direct person to speak to, and jacked us out of our hard earned money.
