Really impressed by Breeze. All flights out of raleigh were delayed and mine was cancelled. They reacheduled me same night to another flight to Orlando.
When that didnt work because i didnt have time to get my check in bag, they rescheduled me again to the next availible flight. Super quick and efficient.
Flying with them is great, really nice team.
My check in bag was waiting for me in Orlando.
Highly reccomend Breeze

Worst experience ever on breeze airline…
Worst experience ever on breeze airline the steward called the police had me escorted off the plane because I asked Where was the cream for my coffee? He stated he couldn’t find it and then laughed. I didn’t think it was a joke. I told him I was going to contact the corporate office and that’s when I find the police on the plane escorting me off the plane the officer
told me
I did nothing wrong. They just had to escort me off the plane per TSA regulations.

Sitting on another Breeze plane for an…
Sitting on another Breeze plane for an hour and a half. Never seen an airline that is late, sits on the tarmac, has flight issues everytime I've taken a flight with Breeze. Never again. Late for meetings, late for family gatherings. Never seen an airline this bad. They should give everyone their money back for these flights. It's ridiculous.
Update...now they are flying us to a different city and told us to pay for transportation the 72 miles to where we are needing to go. 5 hours later. So now we have to rent a car and get supposedly reimbursed. Will believe it when I see it as they wouldn't reimburse our Uber fare to go back to our place for the night and catch a flight tomorrow. The person at the counter was clueless what to do. I am cured from ever booking a flight with Breeze.

Extremely Disappointed with the…
Extremely Disappointed with the Customer Service on Flight MX 2071 – October 12, 2026
This was my first time flying with Breeze Airways, traveling from Orlando to Raleigh-Durham, NC, on flight MX 2071, scheduled to depart at 4:10 PM on October 12, 2026. Unfortunately, my first experience with this airline was extremely disappointing, and the biggest issue was not the flight delay.
I understand that delays can happen, and I was willing to be patient. However, the way one particular flight attendant treated and spoke to passengers was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
The flight attendant I am referring to was a younger woman wearing a pink shirt, the only crew member dressed differently from the other flight attendants in uniform.
When I placed my backpack in the overhead bin, she told me to remove it because the flight was full and there would not be enough space for everyone's luggage. However, the flight was not actually full, and there were still two or three overhead bins with available space. I also noticed that she allowed other passengers with smaller backpacks to place their bags in those same bins. This made the situation feel inconsistent and unfair.
What upset me even more was how she handled a seating situation involving my family. Some of us were seated separately, in rows 20 and 26. I politely took the initiative to ask the passenger in row 26 if they would be willing to switch seats with the passenger in row 20 so our family could sit together.
Instead of approaching me calmly and professionally to understand what was happening, the flight attendant came from behind and spoke to me in a very bossy, confrontational manner, essentially telling me that I should have asked her rather than speaking directly to another passenger, because she was the one in charge.
I understand that flight attendants have responsibilities and procedures to follow. However, being in charge does not give anyone the right to speak to customers disrespectfully. A simple, polite explanation would have been more than enough. Her tone and attitude made me feel as though I was being scolded rather than assisted.
The delay was something I could accept. Disrespectful customer service was not.
Airline employees represent the company, and the way they communicate with passengers has a significant impact on the entire travel experience. Professionalism is not just about enforcing rules; it is also about treating people with courtesy, patience, and respect.
I sincerely hope Breeze Airways takes this feedback seriously, reviews what happened on flight MX 2071, and provides additional customer-service training where needed. I would also appreciate it if management looked into this incident and addressed the concerns raised.
This was my first flight with Breeze, and sadly, the experience left me questioning whether I would choose this airline again. Breeze may offer competitive fares, but affordable tickets should never mean passengers have to accept rude or unprofessional treatment.
I hope Breeze will take action before more customers have the same experience.

I can’t give this flight a good 5 star…
I can’t give this flight a good 5 star review at all. More like a 0 out of 5. As I thought they’d be more than helpful to me and understanding. As I called to talk to them and I get a message and recording and text. In some case I can understand if not able to get to someone right away, but a number to call if need help no way. As that is a joke. As I had plans to go see my grandfather in Mississippi and be at Mississippi. I was told around the same time that the family was coming from Mississippi of course that fell through as my aunt got sick. As I told kiwi that I purchased through as they too are an awful deal. Breeze was a headache to me as I explained everything to them they didn’t care. As I can’t understand how a company can’t give you a full refund as that makes things go a lot easier. They should change their name to Headaches service. As they said to me as signing a contract for no refund as that is a joke. As I tried to get a refund as with my PayPal I purchased from and my bank which they ended up closing my case which makes no sense. As this flight I can say that I will not trust them and do service with them again. Hopefully they will reconsider their customer needs and be more helpful to them. I can say don’t trust Breeze unless you want a big headache and stress from them as that is the only thing they will ever give you.

Booking Process Sucks
I registered as a customer because I have never flown Breeze before. I selected my flights, noticed that the first class seats were a bargain. 2 seats were priced at 41 dollars additional and a third was 29 dollars. YAY i was thinking. I upgraded, went about all the additional business of completing the necessary stuff before checking out. Breeze has a 15 minute expiration on your cart, that 15 minutes is supposed to hold your price. Well, when i went to pay the payment portal was all glitchy, tried multiple times and it failed. SO, i had to start over, and this time because the prior process has locked in those seats, the website didnt have them available. So i just reserve standard seats. I check a little later and those same 3 seats were once again available but for $105 and $96. So, I open a support ticket attempting to get them to honor my earlier price. I even have picture proof of the earlier price. They refused to honor the price even though it was their system's fault. They were completely unaccommodating and their customer service levels suck. They were more worried the 190 dollar difference than making sure they guaranteed a first time customer would come back a second time. DO NOT FLY Breeze Airways, let's make sure they go out of business just like Spirit and all the other lousy airlines with lousy customer service who only care about making a buck instead of a happy customer. Common sense: Happy Customer usually means returning customer which usually means repeated monies coming into the business.
