Flyachilles has been great to work with. After I ordered a light, I decided I wanted 2. I emailed them and they responded so promptly and made the process to change my order so simple! I can’t wait to get my order in the mail! Thank you Flyachilles for all your help!!! 💜

I had purchased the item before so I knew what I wanted. The previous items I purchased have really been a great addition to our exterior lighting.

Very good website. Simple to use, makes picking the product that’s best for you much easier. Also like how much detail is described for each product they carry so there’s no guessing what you are getting.

The promo codes, free expedited shipping and no taxes ! Didn’t give 5 stars b/c the chat wouldn’t continue w/o my email address and I didn’t want to give it for a simple question. I called and had 2 of my 3 questions answered today and placed my order. Hopefully I’ll get my 3rd answer shortly. Had no idea company is in Hong Kong.

I had a question about one of the lights and initiated a chat which was easy and constructive. Site is easy to navigate and order. All lighting appears to be upscale without ridiculous pricing.
