Second time to order, first was too late on shipping. Then circled back for these same lights after not much had the look needed. Will see how it go’s everyone’s on board. Good day

The products look great and are nicely presented. My problem with your website is the search engine. I try to search key words, and everything else comes up, except for the lighting choices I am looking for. Round bulkhead light search brings up long dangly lights, square lights and all sorts of other lights but no round lights. The only reason I found the lights I ordered was due to the yahoo shopping search, which gave me the link to the round bulkhead light I ordered.

The chandelier was beautiful but it was too heavy for my canister. It did take a long time to put together including the installation process. There was some miscommunication with Flyachilles and after some emails, they agreed to refund me a portion of the sales price instead of a larger store credit they offered me (this was a one time project for me). The shipping after the order was placed was much longer than expected and I needed this much sooner as I am getting my home ready for sale. If you have time, it will be fine for you. I am seeking a refund as I cannot use the chandelier.

I loved the selections, but when I tried to contact customer service, I was on hold for 20 minutes before I was transferred to an answering machine. I left a message but have not heard back from anyone. I am hoping for an exceptionally expedited delivery and was inquiring about how or if that could be effected, but to no avail.

Product descriptions on the site can be misleading and, thus, incorrect. When they say a light is dimmable, it is NOT, Recently I purchased a ceiling fan/light from Flyachilles. A critical feature for me was that the light be dimmable, so I carefully read each product description to ensure that the fixture was dimmable. I settled upon a fan which expressly said that the light was dimmable and placed the order. After receiving the fan and installing it, however, I found that the light was not at all dimmable. It was possible to change the quality of the light (from BRIGHT white to BRIGHT amber) but there was no way to dim the brightness of the light. When I contacted customer service, their initial response "we’re very sorry for the disappointment. ... It does not support brightness dimming (increasing or decreasing light intensity). We understand how this could be confusing, and we sincerely apologize if the description was unclear." In the end, they resolved the issue to my satisfaction.

I have yet to receive the product, so it is hard to rate something that I am still waiting on. There should be no reason that it takes this long to ship a product in this day and age.
