Ordering was easy .. this my second and third spotlight .. they are the best and strongest solar I’ve been able to find .. the first was ( I thought one with both white & colored lights) .. it was stolen .. but worked great for almost 2 yrs .. second light I received lately is colors only so I had to order a third to get white light .. using the colors for holidays only .. order number is the second one

Ordering was super easy, also a good variety of options for what we were looking for. Hopefully the delivered solar lights will work well with our setup.

Misleading delivery information. The fans we wanted were listed as: "Instock, Ready To Ship usa canada." "Standard Shipping Lead Time :15-20 Business days" What this really means is somewhere in the world the fans are in stock but, in our case, it will take over a month to receive them. After finding out this information out a week into the order I have now cancelled the order and have found a similar product that can be delivered in a week. I will modify this three star rating depending upon how they handle the cancellation and refund. As promised, I have since heard back from Flyachilles and I rescinded my order cancellation based on them offering an acceptable solution with a generous store credit, or equivalent discount off my existing order. I still feel their website is confusing at best, and misleading at worse, and prospective shoppers should check on the delivery window if they need something in a hurry as I did in this case. In the end, order placement to item delivery will have been 6 weeks.

Great selection of lights.I odered I was a little confused about ordering the extra extender and color/size as I was only allowed to order with the light, so ordered two. Also, I entered my coupon code witch it did not apply, so that was discouraging.

Clean website, the only white (flush to the ceiling) bedroom fan without lights we could find that looks good!

The product I ordered was damaged in shipping. I made that known to the company and within a few days I got a new, undamaged one in the mail.

The product and my hopes for what it can actually do, made my experience great. The ceaseless "add-on" pop ups progressively eroded my enthusiasm and my belief that you have created a worthwhile product that truly achieves what it claims. You don't need to grab all of every customer's money on the first shot...unless your product is junk. Dr. Pat Prendergast
