Horrid experience trying to get in touch with customer service. Needed to ask a question of time frame of arrival and if I could change the address. Tried emailing them, and tried the chat on the website. Everything was an automated reply. Saying the exact same thing. Haven't even received the product and fed up with everything. God forbid you wanted to return this. Feels like some guy running this company out of his garage part time.

I ordered a desk from Floyd the first week of March 2024, and the delivery window was estimated to be 4-5 weeks. Over the course of the last 5 months, Floyd delayed the delivery window again and again. After getting assurances from their customer service team that the desk would ship by the end of July, my order was abruptly canceled by Floyd on August 1st with no explanation. I've spent a lot of time trying to get a response from Floyd's customer service team over the past few months and I can confidently say this has been the worst customer experience I've ever had with an online shop. Do not make the same mistake I did.

Placed on order on 1 July for an item that was listed as in stock. As of 25 July, I still have not received any updates or status on shipping even though they promised tracking information on 7/22. Customer service is virtually non-existent, and when a live person actually responds, they just give you the run around.

I ordered a bed 5 weeks ago and have not received anything from Floyd. I contacted them as soon as the far end of the delivery window was lapsed. They assured me I would have shipping confirmation by July 17. Again, the ship date has passed with ZERO communication from the company. I reached out again asking for refund options and they responded with a generic “We will check with the warehouse to see when it will ship.” This company is a fraud.

I strongly recommend against buying from Floyd. I own a dresser and a bedframe. While the product itself is beautiful, 1) their products are heavily delayed. I had a 3-5 week delivery window for my dresser and it was delivered 13 weeks after the order. 2) My order was delivered heavily damaged. They did not offer a replacement and only were willing to give me a refund. So I spent all this time waiting for a damaged product only to have my money sent back that could've been used for another place all this time. They probably have the worst customer experience of any furniture company I've ever encountered. It's not worth the stress

Don’t buy at this company! We have been waiting for our bed frame for ten weeks. Since they hit the deadline, I asked how it was going, and they told me they were delayed because they were switching delivery companies. After ten days, I asked again, and they told me the delay was caused by some wear-house problems. At this point, I know something is off. Now, it’s day ten since I canceled my order, and I’m waiting for them to return my money. They keep telling me they are “handling my request,” but no money is in my account, so I worry because it shouldn't take so long to send the money back. So my advice is don't buy from Floyd Home and save yourself a lot of stress.

WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH. Item arrived damaged. Had to deal with weeks of infuriating emails with an incredibly rude employee just to initiate a return. Wish I had read reviews - this company is awful. RUN.

Don't ever buy anything from this company. The delivery process has been a nightmare. They canceled on me three times in one week without any explanation. I took two days off work to be there during the delivery windows and they just kept canceling and rescheduling. The delivery company's customer service is awful, but at least they eventually answer the phone or respond. The Floyd customer service is pretty non-existent. On the date that they absolutely assured me it would be delivered no one showed up. I had to then call around to find out that the couch had been damaged in transit and could not be delivered. When I finally was able to talk to someone on the phone at Floyd, they said well we can't issue you a refund until we do an investigation. What do you have to investigate?! I've never seen the product so just give me my money back. Not only can they not give me my money back, but I would also have to wait another 8-10 weeks on top of the 10-plus weeks I've already waited to get the sofa. Don't bother with these people. I don't understand how you can operate a business like this. They don't seem to care about you once they have your money and they charge you immediately once you place the order and it feels like they have no intention of delivering the actual product. RUN FROM THIS PLACE AS FAST AS YOU CAN
