I ordered flowers 3 days prior to my delivery request and received confirmation of the order. My friend never received the flowers nor was there any communication by Nora Flowers even though when I called customer service today, they said they had sent an email to me informing me that the order had been cancelled. I would rate this a zero if that was an option.

I ordered flowers but was told the order was incomplete. However, it was booked from my credit card nevertheless, and no confirmation email received, just lots of reminders to pay!

I ordered flowers at 7:15 a.m. for same day delivery No delivery - repeated calls and email to customer service continued to state the order was out for delivery and nothing can be done until the driver returns. My final call was at 8:30 p.m. Very disappointed with this company - DO NOT USE THEM. I will now have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

horrible. Just like all others I asked many questions. I phoned the order in. Was told they were located in NJ. This was the order center the order will be passed on. They were very convincing. Scam.!!!! Even thou I did my job they scammed me and many others. I supposedly got refunded but it didn't happen yet. This company is either from India or China.

This is a sham site masquerading as a local florist in many states but they do not have a USA address and appear to be a Southeast Asia group who take your money and in my case, they gave me a decidedly inferior less expensive, arrangement. They only refunded their 18.99 service fee. They have no USA address to do a BBB complaint. Do not use this site- you will be dissapointed!!!

Flowers ordered for celebration of life today at noon - not delivered but took my money & not refunding! Also not a LOCAL company - says Nora's locally owned - NOT. Bogus out of Florida. I will call next time and ask questions when ordering flowers for someone. DISAPPOINTED

Avoid this sham of a company. Horrible customer service. You have one job, get flowers delivered. Nothing was ever sent and it took 5 days for me to get them to do anything. They finally agreed to cancel the order after I made 8 phone calls and sent 4 emails

I ordered the plant for our friend who lost her mom. the whole ordering experience was very pleasant and they were very nice. They actually offered me a bigger, more full plant for more money which I took. THen, they guaranteed delivery same day. I received the confirmation email. Not long after, I received an email saying because of supply issues, they could not fulfill my order. They tried to upsell not even knowing if they had the supplies. They charged my credit card without knowing if they had the supplies. They emailed me, even though they had my cell phone in case there were delivery issues, to let me know. They did not try to substitute the flowers with any other flowers. And, they still have the product on their website knowing full well they do not have the supplies. This is very bad business. Please, if you order from them, ask ahead of time if they have the supplies to fill your order. I do not advise you to order from them. I think they may take advantage of the customers grief to make a buck.
