I ordered a Deluxe Spring Blossom Basket with a mylar balloon to be delivered to my friend's house in Healdsburg CA for her 60th birthday for $96.01. The flowers that were delivered were not what was pictured, in a cheap glass vase, and no balloon. When I reached out to the company I was told that they can substitute flower arrangements, and offered me a partial refund of $30.00. This is deplorable customer service, and I have to say I feel scammed. I requested a re-delivery of what I ordered and was denied. Now I just want a full refund.

Unfortunately, I, too, was scammed. I thought they had positive reviews but now I realize it was for a similarly named business in PA. Ordered flowers for my brother's funeral which were never delivered. Called, was put on hold for 15 mins and recieved same email message as others: Hi Karen! I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to inform you that due to supply issues, we were unable to fulfill your order. We have issued you a full refund for this order. Please take note that we have successfully processed the refund on our end and it may take your bank 3-5 business days to complete the refund process on their end. If I could give a zero star, I would. I ordered flowers 3 weeks ahead of time for my boss whose birthday it was yesterday. On the day of delivery (yesterday), I kept wondering if they'd been delivered. I emailed Flowers by Nora multiple times and the replies were getting more and more annoyed. Today, a day after delivery date, I emailed again and was told the flower bouquet had been delivered. That was not true. Nothing had arrived. I would not recommend this store. What a way to make money! Hopefully, they can manage a refund.

Ordered flowers for my mother's birthday three days in advance. They did not show up. When I called, I was told they had a supply chain issue and that they would refund me within the next 3 to 5 business days. No email no phone call and I honestly believe they would've kept my money if I did not call them. I also asked if they were local, and they said yes but when I said where they said they were not allowed to give me the address.

This is a scam site. Just check the hundreds of terrible reviews. I wish I had before I ordered an arrangement for my daughter's birthday. What was delivered was NOTHING like what their website shows and was delivered late. Their customer service reps are useless. The real Flowers by Nora floral shop is outside of Philadelphia and their website is similar (www.flowers-bynora. com). There's even a Nora's Flowers shop in California that's getting blamed for flowersbynora. com's scams. I can't believe CC companies allow these scam artists to use their systems. Unfortunately in this world you have to check reviews before doing anything online. BTW - the spaces in the website addresses is intentional)

I told her that she could use the flowers they had on hand and that we wanted a disposable container. She had an accent that did not seem to be acquired in the USA but was quite fluent. She repeated and verified my information correctly. I called the patient at the hospital 6-4-25t o see if the flowers were delivered. They had not arrived. On 6-5-25, I sent an email to their shop regarding their poor service. They had my contact information including my cell phone number. They have never called me, not even to apologize for their extremely poor service. On 6-6-25, after I sent an email message telling her that I was going to leave this bad review, then she apologized via another email message and said, "On Fri, Jun 6, 2025 at 6:51 AM valery smith wrote: "Hi Linda, "I hope this email finds you well. As of this morning, my refund has not yet been deposited to my account. I wanted to support a local business but I should have read these reviews first. This is a scam business, do not buy nothing from this place called flowers by Nora , I ordered flowers and we never received it The ladie who’s answer the phone says the address flowers by Nora corporation locate in this address 100 southwest 3rd avenue fort lauderdale florida 33312 , it’s not company existing in this address.

I called Flowersbynora.com the morning of 6/6/25 to see if I ordered flowers they would be delivered by 4pm for a wake they said yes no problem. $362. I arrived at the wake at 4pm did not see the flowers asked the funeral director said flower room was empty. I called them said they cannot get a hold of delivery service they would call me back 20 minutes tell me they were delivered. These flowers were for my boss and his family so my other co worker went said they were not there also spoke to funeral director. I called back again some woman in another country delivery service not available no manager available said they were delivered in flower room 3:15pm. They will need to investigate call me back. At 6pm I cLled said I want a refund the flowers are not there this is obviously a scam and thank god this was not a close death of my Own that for 2 hours this is what I wssted my time on. Put me on hood for 20 minutes to call Funeral Home came back said the funeral director will call them back I asked for a name was told a woman. I am disputing charges whth my bank but they need to be shut down taking advantage of people ordering flowers for a wake and there are no flowers.
