I was SO embarrassed my grieving family received these! So, No! I don’t recommend Noras flowers service AT ALL! I could not be more unhappy-the floral arrangement I chose was delivered a day late and they insist it was not. It was not at the memorial service I ordered for, AND worst yet it was NOT at all what I ordered which was a tropical/ Lilly mix. They sent tulips(dying and brown), a sunflower, and two grocery store looking white and pink flowered plants. I was so embarrassed my grieving family received these! Their only offer was to give me $30 back of the $89 I spent. I hope I can include photos- you’ll be floored by the difference- I certainly was!

Ordered flowers for a funeral. They did not deliver anything. Embarassing and heartbreaking. I live out of state and did not know any better. Now they refuse to refund my money, even though they admit that no delivery took place. They need to conduct a “48 hour review” of what happened. BEWARE!

I ordered flowers for my sister in the hospital in Sandy, Utah on a Friday. Granted it was late so I didn't expect her to get them until Saturday. No sign of them on Sunday so I called and they said maybe Monday. I canceled the order and they placed me on hold for a l9ng time and hung up. I called the credit card company and had them make a note since I'm not sure they canceled the order. They say they are local and no delivery charge, same day. It's a scam. Beware!

Ordered birthday flowers from Flowers by Nora, terrible arrangement. Look nothing like the photo on the website. I understand sometimes flowers aren’t available, but this flower arrangement was a $20 arrangement at Best, and the mylar balloons that I ordered looked like they were purchased at the dollar tree, no color or happiness to them, same as the flowers . I definitely do not recommend this business unless you wanna throw your money away. I asked for a refund the best they could do was $25 off, unacceptable! Don’t take a chance with this florist. And if you have an issue and need to call, expect to get India.

DO NOT ORDER FROM FLOWERS BY NORA! They are not a local company. I ordered flowers for a funeral that never arrived. Then I called for a refund and they refused, so I had to file a fraud claim with the credit card company. This is a company set up solely to commit fraud.

ALERT. This is simply an overseas scammer business. Plain and simple. We set them up with over 20 calls and 20 different scammers answered the phone. One actually told me she was Nora’s daughter, they are a small business in the garage (purported to be located in Key Largo that time. Actually got 20 different locations) SCAMMERS. BEWARE

I ordered flowers for my sister for her birthday. The arrangement never arrived. It was going to be a surprise. I live in Canada and she lives in Kentucky. It cost me $88.52 USA ($124 Canadian). I wanted a full refund and was told that they have to “investigate”and that will take 48 hours. I am one very unhappy customer.
