Scam company — avoid at all costs. I placed a same-day flower order, but the driver never showed up. I requested to cancel, but they refused, claiming I couldn’t cancel even though their site says you can within an hour. 48 hours later, they delivered the wrong flowers and colors anyway and still tried to charge me. Terrible service, deceptive policies, and zero accountability. Never using them again.

The worst customer service ever! I paid $125.99 for a plant that looked nothing like their website photo. They refused to offer anything to make good for my disappointment. DO NOT ORDER from their photos as what is delivered does not resemble the photo posted.

I found Flowers by Nora on google search. I called the number and spoke with a representative. I gave her the flower arrangement that I wanted to purchase that I saw on their website and that I needed it sent to the funeral home that day. The rep was very nice, she new exactly the flower arrangement that I was talking about. She said no problem, they would make my arrangement beautiful and have it delivered today. That they did! My arrangement was the prettiest arrangement in the funeral home. High-end flowers reasonably priced. I wish I could post a picture of the flowers for all to see. Thank you Flowers by Nora!!

Placed an order and within an hour they randomly cancelled the order. I called and they said due to supply issues they cancelled my order, I asked them to substitute a different plant and they said no. Very poor service. Don't waster your time with them!

Flowers were left on my front porch along with chocolates. 90+ degrees.. Never a call or any notification. I was gone most of the day. It was HOT in Lakewood. Roses look "spent"

If Zero Stars could be given ... That's what I would have given, because: Zero would be for the product that I ordered and was never received. Zero would have been for 3 calls/3emails and Zero resolution from clueless Reps. Ordered bday flowers for my daughter to receive at work. Searched for Local Florist, Same Day Delivery. Fell in love one arrangement - knew my daughter would love too. Website reads, on every page, SAME DAY DELIVERY. ORDER BEFORE 2P, OTHERWISE DELIVERY IS NEXT DAY. I have a confirmation sent by FlowersByNora at 10A. After 5P I called them: Said I'm not an unreasonable person ... aggravated-yes, but not unreasonable. Have the Delivery Address changed to my home. It's 10 minutes from the other place, it's after 5P and that office bldg is locked up. Since her & I are going to dinner, she'll still receive her flowers/balloons ($140) on her birthday. NO Delivery. I finally sent a final email - Letting them know that her bday was not on 7/9 or any other day except 7/8. Any day other than 7/8 ... is unacceptable. I'll be calling my credit card and disputing charges.

Stay away from this website, it's a scam. Proven by the fact they do not have a registration address for the business and they refuse to tell their address when asked directly. They even tried to hook me up by offering a 5% discount if I ordered by phone, and they couldn't even tell me how they deliver. I'm so sorry for all the people that trusted them for their funeral services and got scammed, I hate that they make money off grieving people.

They claimed to be local which was my mistake I did not double check. I ordered flowers in advance for my grandma's 95th birthday I called and asked for an additional flower 3 minutes after I put in the order and they said that could not be done because it was already in process somehow after 3 minutes. Then the day of delivery they sent me an email saying could not deliver due to stock issues. So I had to call another shop and pay for same day delivery costing me way more and now I have to wait to get my money back from them. HORRIBLE WOULD NEVER EVER EVER USE. please save yourself the trouble do not order from here
