Apparently they cancelled my order. I looked in my spam folder after asking if my niece got the flowers I sent for opening night where they claim supply issues. How about a phone call? Said they were local but aren’t. Do not order from here. Pay extra to a trustworthy florist. Ruined an occasion for our family.

Ordered a flower display for my daughter’s birthday. The arrangement was delivered exactly as ordered with not one issue. The only challenge was the person answering the phone was very hard to understand. If you deal with the public, take speech lessons.

If you do not want an aggravating day, stay away from ordering from Flowers by Nora. I've ordered flowers in the past qnd decided to find q local florist however, Flowers by Nora came up as local. This is a misrepresentation because they are not. I ordered one of the premium flowers for a Dear friend's wedding and when I viewed the flower arrangement it was nothing at all like the picture... After spending a good part of my day trying to get my original arrangement delivered they will not replace but give a $30 refund out of $120. I could of made a much better arrangement myself qnd I am not q professional. Do yourself a favor and at all means avoid this company! I now know what to do when looking for a local florist - bring up google maps and they will show all florists in the area. Next time, I will only order flowers from a local florist .... Don't trust this company!!

Do not order from this company. I ordered a $90 plant arrangement for my best friends dad’s funeral. Such a disappointment because it did not look like the picture online the website. Did not come with a peace Lilly like it was online, it was small, and wrong basket. It was such an embarrassment on how it looked. It was so dinky looking. Do not order from them. It’s not even located where they said.

I bought flowers for my landlord as a thank you for recently installing air conditioning in our home. Flowers by Nora delivered the flowers to her hot doorstep in 93 degree weather, didn’t ring the doorbell or knock and didn’t call or leave a message to let myself or my landlord know that the flowers were delivered and left on the doorstep. Both my phone number and my Landlord’s phone number were provided at the time of purchase. So around the end of the , when my landlord left for a doctors appointment, she discovered the flowers wilting on her front porch. It’s a shame to have spent close to $75 on flowers only to have them neglected and wilting by the company who delivered them. My landlord said she was home all day and never heard a knock, her doorbell never rang, and she never received a phone call. The company did not leave their business card in the bouquet either and after reading all these reviews, I completely understand why. I reached out via phone and email to Flowers by Nora with pictures of the wilted bouquet and they only offered me $20 back. It’s a shame, I’ve never had a problem with a florist before, but I guess nowadays you have to check reviews for everything before you proceed with a purchase. I wouldn’t recommend you use this company at all.

While they did refund, I was horrified by what showed up at my sister in laws funeral 5 hours late We had already left For the burial the person taking the order had the funeral info in front of her, so that made me feel good. she also knew which arrangement I wanted with one simple change. The white flowers were supposed to be white tulips. all green would stay the same. Buyer beware!

ORDERED FLOWERS TO BE DELIVERED BEFORE 3PM. THEY SAID IT WOULD BE ON TIME. I CALLED 5 TIMES TO MAKE SURE IT WOULD BE DELIVERED ON TIME AS IT GOT CLOSER TO 3PM. AFTER 3PM RECIPIENT WOULD NOT BE THERE. THEY DELIVERED 3:35PM AND WOULD NOT APOLOGIZE NOR REFUND ANY MONEY. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

WOW. WHAT A SCAM. I ordered a bouquet and told the guy I wanted to check to make sure my sisternlaw was going to be home only to find out they went away for the weekend. I immediately called back these crooks to tell them not to put the order through and they told me they couldn't do that it was already done. I explained they were not to place that order until I called back. Heres the kicker. I had originally asked the guy who answered if they were located in Leland NC & he told me yes they are a family run business. When I called back and asked the other crook what their address was, he told me he is not at liberty to give that information out. DO NOT GO NEAR THESE SCAMMERS. I ended up calling my bank.
