I screwed up, I typed the wrong zipcpde in. Only one number off, but it cost the driver 40 extra miles. Customer service was 10 star tops. Each operator was curteous, polite, and took ownership to fix MY mistake. The flowers arrived on time and looked amazing . I mentioned it was a dual gift for mom and son in honor of his first birthday and that he liked dogs, horses and bears. The delivery arrived with happy birthday balloons and a stuffed dog, he loved it. His mom hasn't stopped thanking me, and I think I scored a date with her on my next visit. You earned a reoccurring customer today, expect monthly or bi-monthly orders from me!

Florist choice was a great pick. They were very nice!

AWESOME!! Glad I called this florist, and I put their name and address and telephone No. in my file, so I won't have to go through anyone else! Why change a good thing? Not only did they do a quick and accurate job on taking all of my personal info., they gave me a $30. refund for my next purchase. They got my flowers to the Funeral Home within a few short hours, and I was told the flowers were N I C E ! I ordered flowers delivered and they said they could do it in 4 hours guaranteed. It was last minute and I needed them delivered within 6 hours so I was happy and willing to pay their exorbitant delivery fees to make sure they got there on time. Well they didn't deliver on their promise and didn't deliver until a full day later. I would have been perfectly fine with that if they had just told me they couldn't deliver the same day and I would have found someone else. I have tried multiple times to contact their customer service and not one person has contacted me about their screw up. As soon as they've got you're money they don't care anymore.

I was very pleased with my experience with FED.com. The salesman I spoke with was very polite, friendly, and did not give me the run around. He was very thorough and did not rush me thru the process. He seemed sincerely concerned that my order was correct and I was getting exactly what I wanted. Time was of the essence here as I needed these flowers to be at the funeral home by 5:00 p.m. and I placed the order at around 1 p.m. I knew I was cutting this very close. I ordered the Premium arrangement, which is, you give the salesman an idea of what you want, he then puts this into the hands of a very capable florist and they create the arrangement. So you really don't know exactly what you are going to get. The salesman assured me that the flowers would be very nice and they would arrive at the funeral home in time for the service. (yeah, we've all heard that before...) Anyway, he was correct! The flowers DID arrive in time for the service and they were BEAUTIFUL! I was VERY pleased with what the florist had created. So much so that when I was looking around to find the flowers at the service, I just went on by the arrangement that was mine, thinking that couldn't have been them because they were so nice! What a surprise! The Premium arrangement I ordered was expensive, but I have spent as much money on flowers before, and either the flowers were beautiful but didn't arrive on time, or they were delivered on time, but the flowers were NOT beautiful or even very nice. Very disappointing to say the least. So I'm very happy to say that I have found my flower company and it is YOU! Thank you so very much for providing REAL customer service and for just doing what you said you would do. Do you know how R A R E that is these days?
