flowerdeliveryexpress.com - Most frustrating company to work with ever for me!
On 10/28/14 I ordered a beautiful arrangement called Fabulous Fall Roses for my wife. As a fun surprise, they were to be delivered to our home, where my office is, and where we are all the time. The 'sale' price was $47.95, with 'free' shipping. However, the total transaction ended up being a total of $97.37. But I wanted these flowers for my wife, so I agreed & proceeded with the purchase - and that's where the nightmare began. Flowers were to arrive 10/29/14. Tried checking online status, and found out (after days of this), it was not an actual tracking support system. There is no 'current status'. So I called them - on the 29th, again on the 30th, again on the 31st, and was assured the flowers would arrive THAT day, with an upgrade to the arrangement. I used their Customer Support Form, I emailed them, I talked to numerous people, all with different stories, and I finally realized I had encountered one of 'those companies' - the kind you hear about on the news - not the good news. I don't know who all these people are giving 'great' reviews, but that most definitely was NOT my experience. I then called to cancel the order - twice - each time being sent to a voicemail system, that I later realized no one likely listened to. Guess what showed up yesterday, 11/4 - some flowers literally crammed in a FedEx box. Stems broken, and looking NOTHING like what was ordered. Not a rose to be found. Some pansies and two Gerbera daisies - most broken. WHO DOES THIS??!! If I could post a picture, I would, just to better illustrate the frustration I've experienced in my interaction and transaction with this company. Contacted my cc company to file a dispute, and will let them work this out. Because no one you will ever contact thru the phone number provided will be able to assist you with anything. If you are smart, find another flower company to order through and avoid the GRIEF!
