The company Flower Delivery Express about a week ago came on trustpilot and disputed every negative review. I was contacted by trustpilot the company did this and I needed to send evidence I did order from them, which I did, the invoice, plus the joke this company sent me an invoice of delivery that was 2 weeks late to my parents for Easter and I have the pictures to prove it which are absolutely disgusting. My review of this company was not reinstated, which I am disappointed in trustpilot because this is suppose to warn people of bad companies. I had to file a complaint with the BBB of Michigan to get my money back from Flower Delivery Express. Please trustpilot put everybody's review back that was right about this company. If I send your reviews about this company to begin with, I would have never ordered from this company. It would have helped me not endure heartache and headaches from this experience! Thank you!

The florist delivered a beautiful bouquet within 4 hours of the wake and I heard the flowers stayed fresh through the funeral. No hassle, no stress!

I ordered online fairly last minute, the flowers were delivered on time and were presented really well. I did email them a question about delivery time but didn't get a reply even though they have 24/7 customer service. There is a bit of drip pricing but I guess that's to be expected. Overall fairly good though

This company accepted my order, charged my bank within minutes, but never delivered the flowers. I paid extra for a "rush order" and never received an email or phone call to alert me to any problem. Only after calling the intended recipient did I find out the order was never delivered. I called the company and selected the option to "check on an order" and my call was dropped after 10 minutes of music. Called back and was dropped. Called back again and selected the option of "new order" and someone picked up immediately. I was told that I could not receive a full refund for an "express order". I verified and said, "You're telling me that I've paid extra for an Express order and though it never was delivered you can't refund my "Express Delivery" charges?!" She said "Yes." I asked to speak to a supervisor and I've now been on a "Musical Hold" for the past 30 minutes. I was transferred to a supervisor and placed back on hold. Then finally after 45 minutes I was told it would be refunded. Why should it take that long to receive a refund on an order that was never delivered?

The flowers needed to be delivered before 10:30 am and they did it. Thank you.

I ordered online from many miles away from Lincoln, Nebraska. Flowers were delivered the very next day as promised and beautiful.
