We would request you to view the disclaimer on the website which stated that due to Season rush all Valentine orders were delivered between Feb 13th to Feb 16th, 2013. The disclaimer was accepted while placing the Order. Please understand that your order was delivered within the disclaimer dates. As a mark of apologies, we also ensured that a complimentary bouquet was later re-delivered to the recipient. To make us for the delay, we have issued you a $10.00 discount for your next order with us. This discount is valid till 01st of June 2013. This was a rare instance where we failed to deliver as expected. We assure you this would not be a cause for complaint in future. Please accept our sincere apologies once again. Although we tried to get this delivered as scheduled, we could not make it on the delivery date. While we cannot make up for the lost moment, we have issued you a 30% refund on this order. Our records indicate that we were provided an alternate address for the recipient, however this update was received too late to make amends as the order had already been shipped out. Upon speaking to the recipient, the outlet was informed of the correct address and delivery was successfully completed. Dear Roy, Sorry for the late reply. We were working diligently to keep our commitment of providing our customers with high quality during Valentines Day. As calls and chats frequency is expected to be high during this period we don't want to cause customers any discomfort by making them hold for too long. Therefore our calls/chat lines were temporarily inactive from 15th to 21st February 2013. Our customers were requested to direct their queries to us by email instead, on [email protected].
