No flowers delivered. no contact. card charged etc.. same story as the other people posting here. Please save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Giving them 1 star is generous.

Very disapointed! Today is my grandma Bday, and just found out she didint receive anything! I checked the status of my order and it said "cancelled", but I never received any email with concerns or problems with my payment. I'm very sad, shame of you.

Hi, So i ordered some flowers to be sent for a B'day on the 26th and order was placed on the 19th and confirmed for 26th delivery. On the 26th i called the UK number listed to check for confirmation and it went to voice mail. I called the Indian call center i guess and i was told they will send me an e-mail. Nothing. On Sunday i managed to get a hold of customer support and a guy called Jayson could not confirm whether it was delivered or not. Worst he was not willing to give me a date on when these will be delivered. Finally after pushing for a date i was told they'd get back to me today. If the experience so far is anything to go by wont be placing any orders with these clowns. The B'day has since passed and i am really really pissed. On hindsight should have googled the reviews and it's a shame i didnt think of coming in here before.

We regret to inform you that we are not being able to service the recipient\'s area temporarily, due to operational reasons. Hence we will not be able fulfill your request in delivering this order. I had flowers delivered to someone special the other day. Experienced great service through the online chat facility and email. No problems whatsoever and the flowers were delivered promptly and looking great. Highly recommended!

So I have been using Flora for a year now but I have to particularly mention about my last order.. it was my wife's birthday yesterday and since she's in Singapore, I had to make it special by sending something good. While I wasn't sure what to send her, must mention the agents were really helpful in suggesting me some good hampers they could do for Singapore. Any how I went ahead with this enormous goodies n wine basket.... the hamper reached her on time and she loved the stuff!! particularly the sweet stuff since she hasn't stopped raving about it till now.... Thank you Flora2000!!!

Failed to deliver the flowers and five days later I am still waiting for any sort of explanation or, now more importantly, refund. Terrible auto-communications which do not offer any helpful information. I am losing faith that I will ever get my $100 back, which essentially amounts to theft. Do not ever order with this company.

My fiance sent me very pretty red roses from the other coast last week. I wasn't at home but they left them behind at the doorstep... And I was so pleasantly surprised to receive such fresh big red roses! Thanks a lot for making my day! :) I have also used them to send flowers to my mother and they were prompt once again. I am very happy with their service.
