I placed an order for a dozen roses to be sent to Brazil, the order was supposed to be delivered on June 12. At 4pm when it still hadnt been delivered I tried calling all of the customer service numbers listed on the website USA:+1-212-655-3075 UK: +44-20-3026-2532 India:+91-22-6457-6457 I never got a response at any of those numbers I called each one over a dozen times I also tried emailing [email protected], [email protected] I got an email response saying that the delivery was going to happen between 9am and 7pm I kept following up and getting the run around, they sent me an email saying they tried calling me but the phone was busy which is BS, I saw the phone ring once and there wasn't anyone there when I answered I tried calling the number back but got an automated prompt telling me to leave a message and someone would call me back. The flowers were finally delivered at 9pm and it was not what I had ordered and paid for. It looks like the florist didn't have anything left and just sent whatever they felt like. I am very disappointed with this entire experience, I was trying to do something special and because of this company and their poor service and standards it turned out wrong. I would have at least appreciated the chance to speak to a live agent to know that someone was trying to rectify this and actively working on it. I will never order from them again and I highly recommend others stay away

I received the same email twice: "We regret to inform you that your order could not be delivered as scheduled owing to a transmission error." I paid and my girlfriend never received the flowers. I was and I am so upset with this company that if I could pay a global publicity I would do it delighted because they don't know what is customer services and responsability. If you want to send flowers and get a stroke use flower2000. My Review is totally true and you can see my order #1264271 with flora2000. I have cancelled the order and I am still waiting for my money.

Your website is great to navigate, your choices plenty and well priced and I always know I can count on you for a timely delivery. And I love getting the email when the flowers are on their way even if I schedule weeks ahead!

I ordered some flowers to be delivered to my mum the day before mother's day, the reason I ordered them for the day before was because I ordered them sooo early the calendar didn't even pick up on the fact that the Sunday was Mother's Day. It was also the first time I had been away from my mum on a long term basis as I had moved from NZ to Australia so obviously I wanted them to be absolutely perfect. I picked them out specifically because of the colour and flowers that my mum loves. Anyway when I see a photo of what gets delivered they are cheap, ugly, crap flowers! They look like they found them in the bin and used giant leaves to cover up the fact that they were so ugly. I had several conversations on their chat and they came to the conclusion that they would send me an email for the original order to be sent the next day, and I would get an email confirming this the next morning, he also gave me a number to ring in case I didnt get the email. SURPRISE SURPRISE no email came and no one answered the number he gave me. FLORA2000 RUINED MY MUMS MOTHER'S DAY and I will be sure to review this on every florist reviewing site I can just as I promised. THANKS FOR NOTHING!!

Hi, My name is Anna. I received a flower delivery from Flora on Easter on 31st and was so touched for hubby's surprise for me. My Hubby ordered from Flora2000 many times already on special occasions like Valentine's Day & Birthdays and i m quite satisfied with the previous deliveries but this one was not that great. So i informed the company about the order through message and they have taken a quick action with an apology. I am thankful for that and it was a pleasant experience. My experience with others was not at all good. We both are happy with the quick service and quite satisfied. A.M

I am currently studying abroad in Italy and my boyfriend tried to send me flowers for our Anniversary. First they told me that they could not find my address which is ridiculous because I live on a very commonly known street. So I gave them links from google maps on how to get there from various landmarks, I even when and took pictures of the outside of my apartment. so 4 days after my anniversary passes they send both my boyfriend and I an email that say the flowers have been delivered. I've looked around my apartment and they are not here. So i emailed them back and they said that someone else accepted them on my behalf and then send me a picture of a signature that I have never seen before! My boyfriend tried to do something really sweet and this company destroyed it! DO NOT TRUST THEM Having to give them 1 star is 11 to many
