I have been informed by the recipient of the flowers that one of the flowers was mildewed, affecting its surrounding flowers as well. Also, the flowers were too tightly packed that some of them had been crushed. Therefore, I have too say I am deeply disappointed with the quality of the service by flora2000.

Very bad delivery, got it 1 day late after my wife's birthday..... Flower quality is 60%off different from what the pic shows on the website..... contact them and they reply season's different and flower may change.... but not for off so much different.... I will never go back or recommend to a friend....

I just read the review dated Aug.20,2014 where the reviewer posted the entire dialogue of their mishap with Flora2000. I don't often leave reviews for anything anywhere but, in this case, I felt like I had to share my experiences as counterpoint to the review mentioned. For the last 3 years, I have used Flora2000 exclusively to send birthday flowers to my mom in the Philippines. I have never had an issue. And the selection and prices of their offerings are wonderful. One year she sent me a picture of the bouquet she received and it was beautiful! She has always been nothing but pleased when she receives her flowers and - trust.me. - if my mom has something to complain about, she does not hold back (can I get a witness?!). I will continue to use Flora2000 indefinitely. Thank you Flora 2000 (Richard Fullham) for making it affordable for me to send flowers every year to my dear mom in the Philippines.

We are not able to comment about the other flower service as they could have a way of checking and locating address which at this point we do not have

ordered the flowers almost a week ago and is past the delivery date 3 days. no response on my inquiries and phone numbers dont work. i contacted online chat and all they can say is they are waiting for the outlet to respond.... useless company and pure scam style operation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING EXCEPT TELLING PEOPLE NOT TO ORDER. READ OTHER REVIEWS AND YOU WILL UNDERSTAND.

I don't care what anyone says .. I have shipped flowers internationally to different Countries and have had Outstanding Service from Flora2000, The flowers and prices are Great ..Customer Service, Communication and Web Site are A+ ....Keep up the good Work and thank you ~ I hope to send flowers again real soon ! (hint,hint)

On their website Flora2000 advertise that they carry out same day deliveries. I ordered flowers on the 13/02/14 to be delivered in Hong Kong on the 15/02/14. The flowers were delivered on the 17/02/14. The flowers that were delivered looked nothing like the flowers I ordered. When I complained regarding the late delivery I was told that the flowers were delivered within their disclaimer!! DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM FLORA 2000!!!!

They do not deliver what they promise, it was the biggest mistake to trust them with delivering flowers for my mothers 70th Birthday... She is still waiting for them and the day has come and gone for her.... How to ruin a wonderful family moment.......
