I have used Flora2000 now for quite a few years, sending flowers to family in Bermuda and Canada. With one unfortunate exception, the gifts have been delivered on time and the recipients have been delighted with the flowers. In mentioning the exception, I am not clear how, a Christmas bunch of flowers was "lost" - intended for Christmas 2014. Flora did inform me. Naturally, I was disappointed but agreed to the flowers being delivered in early to mid-January. The flowers were well received and I had a phone call from my family to say how great they were. One "glitch" in an otherwise impecable service. It has not stopped me recommending Flora2000 and will continue to use the service. Not least because I receive Posy Points that, once accumulated and redeemed, siginicantly reduce the cost. Finally, having only recently started using Flora for deliveries in Canada; their products are quite substantially less expensive than some other companies I've used in the past.

I want to thank all the team of Flora 2000 for really good service they provide. With all the orders I have placed before I am satisfied with 100%! Flowers are always fresh and beautiful.

I have been ordering here for the past 6 months. My first two orders delivered on time without any problems. Though this Christmas it did say they would be delivering the flowers from 22-27th due to large amounts of orders being placed. Unfortunately, the flowers that I had ordered came in on the 27th. I decided to order a little early before New Years and they came on time. Holidays are understandable, but of course I would have liked it if they could have come on time. I will still continue to order here and maybe on their holidays. Their customer service is also great and quick to reply.

About 3 weeks ago I ordered from this company Christmas Flowers and Christmas Hamper to be delivered on the 23rd at her place of work which happens to be the city hall in Pasig, Philippines. Come late in the afternoon she tells me that no delivery. Then the chat starts and all that I get is thank you for my understanding and that they are trying to find out what was going. Finally found out they were delivered, but to a different office on the same floor. We find this out after everyone has left for the day. The next day she goes to her locked office and sees them sitting on a table. Now can not receive until the 28th. Now the last email that I receive from them, we guarantee delivery on the day requested between these hours. Your delivery was made, even though not to the person that they were supposed to go to. No talk now of any refund. All that I know. Christmas was wrecked and when she does finally receive them, DEAD flowers. The last email received, This is regarding your order number 1384737 for We would like to inform you that the delivery of this order was attempted on the requested date and the order was delivered at 02:30pm, as the recipient was not available the order was handed over to Mr. Kindly note that we are able to grantee the delivery date but not delivery time as the deliveries are done any time between 09am to 07pm. Please understand that we have done best to ensure that the order is delivered to the recipient as requested. We realize the importance of this order and are truly sorry for the situation at hand however this is out of our control as we have ensured the order is complete on the requested date.

Ordered today from Johannesburg for delivery in Kenya. Within 3 hours my beau had received them and thrilled beyond measure. I will not hesitate to use them again.

My first order was to an area 50km outside a major delivery zone and this was fulfilled quickly and the product was excellent. My second order was in what was at first considered a remote area, and it was remote. Flora2000 contacted me and asked whether I wanted to go ahead with a late delivery or full refund. I went with the delivery and they were delivered to this remote area and the product was again outstanding. Throughout this order the communication was good and timely and I believe Flora2000 went out of their way to help me and fill the order. Both times good product and outstanding service with great prices. Five stars for sure! Thanks.
