Purchased Nucore Performance vinyl product (their highest quality) and had a major issue with the planks cracking during installation (experienced installer)! I call and ask for manufacturer rep to come out and they send some guy named Adam who claims to have installation experience. He attempts to show me how to install it “properly” and he proceeds cracks a plank in the middle of a row! They refuse to refund the open boxes and claim installer issues! Total joke....stay away from this place!

This has to be the worst store anywhere, Very, VERY BAD service. Good products, very rude and not to smart managers . STAY away from this store, it's not worth it. I think they have employees that are scamming customers.

I have been to the store twice. The people working lack on customer service and have not been helpful. And they asked if I was going to buy. When I said I was looking because I have to do 5 different areas they did not help me any more. Very disappointed. Won’t buy from them and will advice my friends and family of their extremely poor to none customer service

I am doing an entire house renovation and my contractor sent me to floor décor to select stone for my fireplace, kitchen backsplash tile, decorative kitchen tile for above my stove, tile for both bathrooms, wood floors and vinyl flooring for the basement. Initially, I found the warehouse setting overwhelming. Before my second visit, I called to schedule an appointment with a designer and Narkied was assigned and turned out to be the perfect one for me! She made the process much more manageable, especially during these challenging times when stock is limited. We met several times and each time we focused on a different area. She spent time learning about my house renovation and getting to know me and my style, then guided me through the entire warehouse. Her expertise, knowledge, patient and calm personality made me feel very comfortable. Her suggestions, ideas and flair with color were very appealing to me and I selected everything she suggested. I am grateful and thankful for Narkied’s help and highly recommend her.

Very nice flooring but not worth the hassle, very rude, unorganized, employees that don’t have knowledge of products doing a return is almost impossible if you paid in cash even with a receipt and good luck picking up your order I think they start putting it together when you get there. Doesn’t placing an order mean that it will be ready. I will never deal with this store again. Be ready to spend your whole day here they are like turtles. I will not recommend this store to my worst enemy.

We had a very good experience with Adam Cox at F&D Brandon location. He went out of his way to help us find the right product. Was kind enough to stay with us the entire time until we checked out. We bought almost $400 worth of tiles. Thank you Adam.

We have an order that we need to cancel. No one at the toll free customer service number will answer the phone, no one at the store will answer the phone and when trying to online chat there is no agent available

Placing a $6,000+ order and after repeatedly getting pushed back to the order detail screen, I finally get to submit my payment. Then, after submitting it the order detail screen comes back and there is no order number or confirmation. On hold for 25 minutes for phone support and there are no online agents to support my issue. Terrible!
