This company is a scam, Be aware of this before you invest your money on their products. Recently, I had the worst experience ever with them because the floor given to contractor it was not the one I choosed at the store. I purchased almost $2000 in Vynil Floor. The floor was installed in most of the rooms by the contractor in my apartment while I was away. I went to the store to make an oficial claim with the manager and the solution given was to purchase again the floor I picked for a $1000 dollars and they were going to provide a store credit for 9 boxes over the 40 I purchased. I did not agree to the deal. The manager reported that he wil make the claim with corporate and called me back. We called and email the store manager to follow up with the claim. The response of the manager was a scam too. he did not make any claim and told me after 4 days of waiting that I had to make the claim myself and I needs some paperwork to do it. I am still waiting for it. He has all my information. I already made a formal BBA complain to this company.

This is the 3rd time at the Nashua store. First 2 visits were terrible; actually had a rude and condescending manager who I rightfully got fresh right back with. My last visit today (01-31-21) wasn't going so well until Cole finally helped me. The first guy wasn't too interested in helping me but he asked this young man Cole to help. He was the most courteous and patient young man and I certainly was not an easy customer due to frustration of them not having what I needed in stock. Cole finally found what I needed. I'm not sure this is where I leave a review for him to get acknowledged for his outstanding service but his associate # is 62093. Ask for him if you go to the Nashua NH store. Other associates are not very helpful.

Put in a order with floor and décor for stone ledger tile dimensions in description save 24" long 6" high half inch thick when it arrived it was up to one and a 1/2 inches thick same product I coulda bought locally instead a paid hundreds of dollars shipping because I was under the impression that the sizes would be correct in their description very disappointed flooring décor will never buy another thing from them when I contacted them to ask about some type of opportunity to make it right with reducing my shipping cost because I could have got here locally and I only purchased it through them based on the facts that their dimensions were correct for my application and they did not stand behind

Selection is the best. Store in Webster, TX is super clean. You could eat off the floor. Flagship! I have been into all the F&D stores in the Houston area and this one is hands down the best. Super clean. Displays superb. Merchandise organized and fronted. Employee JOHN was super polite and helpful - a great ambassador for F&D - management material. This is now my go-to F&D store.

Run far away from this company, today I cancelled my credit card, was a nightmare, I pay everything in full 3 months ago, was a late $25 fee there, they haven't sent any email, phone call or mail for the last 4 months until today, so I have to pay $100, yes, they charged late fee penalty for the last 3 months,Unethical bank company

I visit the Kennesaw, GA store often for my home projects. I wish to give high praise to employee Xavier, manager Daryal, and manager James. These staffers are knowledgeable, gracious, and helpful. I'm a novice and shop there often. They see me walk in and come to greet me, because they know I have many questions. This is excellent customer service and better than any of your competitors. Please give Xavier, Daryal, and James my thanks! I will be shopping again soon!

Great company great service. They have everything you need here in stock. I love this place.

I live in Austin Texas I came into store number 121 off of 183. I came in for some chrome trim for my shower for a new custom home I left my wallet at work I told the cashier I will return here in 15 minutes. In that time the cashier took all of my chrome trim that's $29 a piece and lays return tile on it and scratches it all up. I told the manager which is William and all he was worried about is that we close at 7:00. One of the worst managers and the worst employees that I've ever dealed with in retail that's under one roof.if home Depot or Lowe's so 10-ft pieces of chrome trim for showers I would never come to this place again. And for me I don't write reviews most of my interaction with retail stores is usually perfect. In the cashier that rang me out her name was Anna and she didn't care either so for customer service this store really rates a zero I don't know how I gave him a one star.
