Purchased Bamboo flooring from Floor & Decor Sarasota Fl. The sales manager never warned us about All the problems associated with this type of flooring. Installation Nightmare, humidity problems cupping, flooring shows every mark, stay clear of this flooring and Floor & decor. Very poor sales manager who told us how durable this floor is NOT TRUE!

Their carrier lost a pallet of tile that I had ordered. In addition to numerous calls to the carrier who just kept telling me that they couldn't find the product I tried to contact the Floor & Decor customer service center for 10 days straight. No answers. No return call (yes, I requested a call). Not even a response to my Chat. I finally was able to get “Customer Service” when out of desperation I spoke to a Manager at our local Sarasota Floor & Decor store named Dan. He was wonderful and did the job that their "Customer Service" department should have done in the first place. Even though the order did not come from his store he located the problem, suggested a solution and contacted the folks at the St. Pete store where the order had originated (who were also helpful). I received a replacement pallet the next day. The 2nd star is a nod to the fact that their store staff and managers did a good job of resolving the problem even though it was not there job to do so. Two days later (weeks after the order was made) I got an email from "Customer Service" telling me that they had become aware of the missing product and asked me what I wanted to do about it. I told them it was already resolved and added in great detail of all the hassle I had to go through. I got a (defensive) one-line note back saying that she only finds out about these things when the carrier lets her know. No apology. No, "I am so glad your problem was resolved". Like I said, appalling.

good experience. Ordered and picked up two Pallets of Bay Breeze laminate flooring for my home. Alot of floor. I didnt like that some cases were not in good shape, and they without question brought out 2 more pallets that were in storage up high in racks that were untouched. Those we took home. Sales were good to deal with, employees helpful. When picked up days later it was a simple in/out process. As far as product: Bay Breeze Aquaguard. I installed this myself in my own home. Like any floor install, its in the prep and knowledge. I took my time (not the 1st floor ive installed) and it came out great. I went with the best underlayment and level 2 of many rooms to ensure flat and level. My whole house is seemless, meaning no transitions..This is allowed if you do it right and stay within the Mfg guidelines. The install came out great. My install is now 3 months old, no squeeks, buldges and lifting edges. In fact, my scrap pieces are outside on my deck where I did all my cutting. These scrap pieces have been outside in the New England elements for 3 months and are not delimated, warped, or swollen. Most are in a condition that they could be installed! I couldnt believe it. Thats proof enough for me. I have every confidence it will hold up to normal household punishment and spills. I've had alot of comments on the floor and glad I went with it.

I had a chance to go to the store in Kendall yesterday because I'm remodeling a bathroom. I was pleasantly impressed with how huge it is, the variety is immense so there is no possibility of saying that what I wanted was not found; a very kind young man, Lázaro, helped me to position myself well in the area of the store that was for me but finally don't buy anything. Today I returned with my daughter and it was difficult to choose because of the huge variety. Antonio, one of the employees was very kind to us and helped us find the pieces and combinations we needed, as well as take things with us. It feels good as a customer to know that employees care about keeping their customers. Remodeling of another bathroom in my house is in the project for 2021 and I already know where to go to choose the most beautiful and varied bathroom tiles. 100% recommendation

Online ordering is a joke, don't do it. Wall tiles and bathroom niches listed in inventory at a Wayne NJ store is not. Shipping to local store is not timely. Shopping In-store, I observed that nobody answers phones. Rings constantly. At home, I was on hold with customer service for over an hour x 2 for order status. Picking up the flooring order at Elizabeth NJ store was horrendous. The forklift operator was rude and per his coworker "grumpy." Store manager "felt insulted" when told of the problem and asked what her remedy was. After unpacking, broken materials placed in center of pallet not obvious on inspection at store. No wonder why inspection was not allowed in the warehouse. I will NEVER shop here again.

My experience with Floor and Decor was so enjoyable. I scheduled a consultation and had a wonderful time working with Jordan York. She looked at what I liked on Pinterest and helped me make the most beautiful selections! I cannot wait for my master bathroom remodel. Thank you Jordan for such a wonderful experience. I purchased some flooring from the Paramus, NJ store in August 2020, I purchased too much. I returned what i did not use. When I checked my receipt after leaving the store I noticed that i was missing credit for one item. I tried to call the store the next day several times but the phone just rang. I sent three emails to customer service dept. i finally received a call after my third email. I called the store again after a week and I finally got someone to pick up the phone, his name is Rick. Rick took my phone down just in case we got disconnected. I explained to Rick what happened. He took down my customer number. He said that he would call me back which he did within 10 minutes. He left me a vm message stating the a credit will be issued to my credit card. I just want to say thank you to Rick for his great customer service. I also spoke to the store manager today after sending him a second email. He stated that my first email most likely went to his junk folder. Funny my second one did not but anyway, I received my credit. I hope they fixed their telephone issue. Thanks and stay safe. Mercedes Robinson A Happy Customer

Very poor customer service. They never had anything in stock. Very hard to get anything. Given lots of answers that conflicted. Stay away from them
