I worked with one of their design consultants and she was very helpful in helping us identify the product we were most interested in purchasing and assisted us in the order process of this product.

So I ordered 31 cases of flooring 10 days ago and I am still waiting to hear anything back from this company I have was on hold this morning for 32 minutes and I had to click off now I've been on hold for 46 minutes no one ever comes to the phone if your customers have to stay online that long waiting for an answer you need to hire more people I am done with this company

I went to Moreno Valley store , there was no one to help and the associates were having good time in the back. This is a second time I experienced this , so it was not a coincidence.

What an AWSOME company!! I had bought some items to use for accent pieces down the road for a design I was going for. But, fast forward 4 years later, the design changed and had not used the items. Floor & Decor (because they still carried the product) was kind enough to take the return and return the money to my card (because I magically still had the receipt) otherwise would have been store credit, but still amazing. I will Definitely be doing business with this company more often! Thank you Floor and Decor, keep being awesome!

Floor&Decor has no sense of customer service. We purchased tile on May 6, 2020. At the time the return policy was open ended due to COVID. We got the tile laid over the summer and had a couple of boxes left. We didn’t rush to return it because of COVID. My husband is 65 and has asthma so we are being very cautious. On October 11, we finally had a chance to return the tile. We were told we missed the 120 day return window. Even though they still stock that tile, they would not accept the return. The issue is that they changed the COVID return policy on September 18 to be 120 days for purchases between March 19 and September 17. At the time of this change, anything purchased from March 19 to May 16 was already outside of the return window! Why include these dates in the policy at all?!?!?? For those dates that were already outside of the new return window, at least an additional 30 days should have been allowed for returns. Shame on you Floor & Decor! We will be taking out business elsewhere in the future!

I had a terrible experience at Floor & Decor in King of Prussia. My husband and I went to make a purchase for wall and floor tile for our bathroom renovation. We asked for someone to help with removing the boxes of tiles from behind a floor sign. A woman from the design department paged someone several times...over 15 -20 minutes. We then heard someone over the walkie talkie say “there is no one here to help them...tell them to come back another day.” Well floor and decor you won’t get my 585 plus dollars. Hire some folks who actually want to work.

This review is not for Floor and Decor but for the tile I purchased there. The Festival Metro Glossy White 16" subway tile SKU 100837111. This product is horrible. The tiles are bowed so they don't lay flat and the finished result looks terrible. My tile guy did an awesome job laying it but couldn't change the fact that they weren't flat. The end result is a basket weave appearance. I can't afford to pay for the labor again to have it redone. I have white 4x16" tile in my kitchen that the builder installed and I love it. Totally flat and smooth. I have seen this tile in so many homes and on design shows and it looks amazing but evidently this is a defective brand. Wish I had gone to Home Depot and bought the Daltile brand. Beyond disappointed and frustrated.
