I purchased over $1500 worth of flooring. They charged me the wrong amount and refuse to adjust their error. There is no customer service. They do not stand behind the products they sell. You would be better off buying off the street.

Worst customer service ever. Will never shop there again. Bought counter top quartz and no communication. Than, you are forced to sign inter net no liability crap to complete your project. Not only that their check out people were rude too. Awful experience in Dallas, do not shop there if you want a smooth process.

My Wife and I visited the Sarasota Floor and Decor Location for the first time. We were greeted and helped by Design Specialist Donald Tucker. He could not have been more helpful and patient with us. Needless to say we left the store with all the materials needed to install our new Kitchen backsplash. If You are visiting the Sarasota location, and are unsure of what you need, ask for Donald, he is extremely friendly and helpful, We will be back for all of our home projects!

my name is robert for thr first time i visited the store i asked for help for flloring waited than 1 femail employee came not helping with my request plus very rude like she owns the store i felt hurt and disturbed ignord 1 question about the flooring laminate she answerd wath you wath you get we are living in the united state you need to put your anger at home not on custumer i left angry and i will never shop again bad custumer service they need to hire profeshional people i am paying for the merchandise not baging very bad experience. think twice before you speak

Customer service is useless, they act like you're in debt with them, they treat you like trash. I ordered a product and it was offered in one week, two weeks later they didn't respond to the phone, and when casually get the phone they hung off it. I sent an e-mail and they never answered it. Finally, I decided to cancel the order. No one contacted me to let me know at least if they were waiting for it. No answer to my e-mail.. nothing!! If you have another option to buy don't visit Floor & Decor

We were so excited when we went to floor & Decor to design our master bathroom. We quickly became confused with all of the choices and options. A wonderful Designer Virginia Sable offered to help us through all of the steps and details. She captured our vision and we are thrilled with our Master Bathroom. We decided to upgrade our other two bathrooms and called Virginia for her expertise once again. She has such great knowledge and an eye for pulling things together that compliment each other. Floor & Decor is lucky to have her and we highly recommend her. Craig & Amy

I am new to everything tile, flooring etc.. I went to the Memorial store last week and was quickly asked if I needed help, which I desperately did, so the employee called O.j to help me. He was Amazing! Not pushy, really knowledgeable, helped me find some ne shower tile and bathroom flooring. He stuck with me for all my browsing, questions etc.. never felt like he was in a hurry to get somewhere else. It was like I had a private shopper. Great personality, and again, really knowledgeable about the business. Never in a million years did I think I would come out of a store, that is completely overwhelming to me, feeling so happy and excited about my project. Thank you O.J Clarke

Terrible customer service experience. I was looking to buy a few power tools and one of their employees was making snarky remarks out loud behind my back. I am highly disappointed with the store in Algonquin, Illinois. I would be going to another store for my construction needs. I don’t recommend this location to anyone.
