Even though the tile arrived broken, Brian Fontaine of the Devon store issued a prompt refund. In defense of the company, they sent the 24 x 48 " tile by common carrier to South Carolina, so I guess it was inevitable that it wouldn't make it. Next time I will purchase from a closer store.

Horrible customer service at the Fort Myers store. A middle-aged woman in the design department was so rude. First off, she did not introduce her self like any professional would. Then she was trying to upsell so hard. I did not like the product she was pushing on us. Her attitude was like, I do not care if you like it. My husband and I were so taken aback by her facial expressions and body language. She just couldn't be bothered. We have had many pleasant experiences using the designers before and have always received the upmost respect. Unfortunately now we will be doing our business somewhere else.

STAY AWAY,YOU’VE BEEN WARNED. I don’t leave reviews, but this was such a negative experience on so many levels and multiple times, so I had to. Worst CS, from them hanging up on you to not even answering. Worst delivery service, no courtesy call 30 min-1hour prior to arrival, it’s a honk of a large cargo truck horn bothering you and all your neighbors. Simply lack of professionalism from head to toe in this store. If I can help anyone save time from a stressful situation, maintain their peace of mind and save cash in their pockets, I’ll be glad. It’s why I’m leaving this review. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

#1 NOBODY, I I mean NOBODY ANSWERS PHONE! Their are Two Corporately owned Floor & Decor Stores in my area. Woodbridge and Chantilly, VA. I defy anyone to reach a person in either store on the Phone. Select any option, from Check on Status of an Order, Product Inquiry….. No person will ever pick up the phone… PERIOD! I ordered in excess of $7500 of Materials. You must physically Drive to these Stores to ask for even the slightest bit of information. #2 MISSED DELIVERY - NEVER CONTACTED After having to make a physically store Visit, a (1+ Hour Round Trip) get my products Delivered forMONDAY. Contractors arriving Tuesday. NOBODY FROM FLOOR & DECOR SHOWED UP MONDAY - NO CALL EXPLAINING WHY? HAD TO DRIVE AGAIN TO STORE TO ASK WHY! NO DELIVERY, NO CALL EXPLAINING WHEN IT PRODUCTS WOULD BE ACTUALLY DELIVERED. If you have Floor or Tile needs, I would strongly suggest finding a Different Supplier.

Floor and Decor is lousy at customer support in my opinion. I bought a great deal of flooring and found out later there were lots of issues with the China made product. Funny how they (F&D) does not allow product reviews on their website. I know why now. They would be getting slammed. Installers refuse to install their products. I spoke with other customers who are in the process of forming a class action lawsuit about their NuCore products. F&D will blame everything on the installation so if you think you'll have a warranty, think again. I will go with a proven brand like Pergo in the future, not their garbage. I thought I may need two boxes of product to finish my house and I asked them to ship me two boxes and they wanted to charge me almost $300. Thanks for no help.

We had a great experience at Floor & Décor (1580 S 500 W) on Friday receiving excellent service from three employees. Terry assisted us with the design of our bathroom but did not stop there she went through the store and helped us load our cart with the heavy tile. When we got to checkout Jennifer and Jessica took over and we can’t say enough about their help getting the tile to the truck and the loading assist. They were cheerful and we felt they really liked helping us! Based on this service we will continue to shop at this store.

Worst company ever. First they were 6 weeks late and never bothered to even call me. They are impossible to get a hold of because they DO NOT answer the phone. Then they finally arrange to deliver the product to our home and they will not bring our real wood floor beyond the driveway. Then they have the nerve to scream at me because I should have known that I needed to make my own arrangements to have 3 pallets of flooring brought inside the house. STAY FAR AWAY!!!
