I tried calling my local store all day and no answer for help with a product. I spent just about an hour getting help to order flooring. I received 4 different answers for the same question about shipping. Yes, you have to pay shipping between stores, no we do not do inter store shipping anymore, You have to purchase product from other stores, no we cannot order and ship from the warehouse.yes it will be 1,600 dollars to ship direct to your home we cannot ship to the closest store. all of this...then yes you are right we can ship to the store without you paying shipping. The company needs to do training on store policy. I feel terrible for the kind, calm and wonderful customer service people I talked to at the store that work for a company that is so disorganized. I do not have a lot of faith in my order arriving or being correct. Look for another company to work with or only order what is available in your local store

I had an excellent experience at Floor and Decor. Ask for Doug Grim the Design supervisor. He assisted me from beginning to end.

I'm can't say that the local stores in San Antonio were unacceptable. Actually they were very helpful and prices were comparable if not cheaper than most places. My gripe is the 3rd party credit card company's they were rude and we paid our bill of but then with the bill paid the charge me a 10 finance fee after I paid the bill off. Your gonna be rude and abnoxious over 10$!! Floor and decor.... stick with companies that follow your great costumer service.

I've spent close to $20,000 at the Floor and Decor in Roswell GA to rehab a home there. I was able to pick materials out long distance as this included a move from Chicago. I loved the variety and quality of their products and that I could do so much at one stop. But what has made me a loyal customer was the FANTASTIC service at the Roswell store. I had to purchase and return a number of different materials over the last six months. Because of COVID there were numerous issues with the supply chain. We were able to order product early and return easily. I want to give a special THANK YOU TO ANITA AT THE HOLCOMB BRIDGE STORE IN ROSWELL. She diligently and patiently went through looking for an order that the computer didn't seem to have. After tries with two other clerks and an hour and a half, she was able to refund over $1000 worth of materials that other than her angelic service we would have had to eat the cost. Managers and corporate, please know that it is employees like her that make your stores so successful! Also want to give a shout out to NYIA (?) at check out who has been helpful I had an excellent experience across the board with all of the staff.

The store in Toms River was awesome. They had everything I needed and super smart and nice sales staff. Great place!!!!

This is for the store in Novi, Michigan. I ordered and paid for my items on Wednesday, I told th e'Pro Desk" my installer would pick up on Monday. All items were in stock. On Monday only 8 of the 21 boxes of tile were available for pick up. We were told they were looking for the remaining items, they never found them. It is now Tuesday and they are still looking for the tile. There is inventory in other stores but this store did not want to transfer the missing items. How can Floor and Decor sell items that were already purchased and paid for? I have contractors waiting for the tile, this will cost me money and project delays. No one at Floor & Décor seems to care once they get your money. If you try to call, the phone just rings and finally hangs up on you. I would caution anyone on doing business with Floor & Décor, no one at this store seems to care.

Pro desk at 75th store is pretty good, young store manager is a bureaucrat. Lazy, not helpful, not a problem solver. Don't expect much help in the rest of the store or loading anything heavy. They like to smoke outside front door and watch you do it yourself in the sloped parking lot and laugh. Expect to wait in line a lot and be locked out of store. Not a place for contractors.
