30 year warranty is a total scam. It didn’t make it 30 months. The process you have to go through is insane for them to deny you anyway for totally bogus reasons. The flooring is suppose to be DIY and fairly simple to install. No where in their instructions does it say to do what they use as an excuse to deny your claim. Almost $3000 loss. It’s total %$$#@. I bought Duralux and it expanded WAY more than it should have and buckled. Eight separate rooms, some with no one and nothing in them. There were thresholds so each room was a separate entity. ALL of it failed in the same manner. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Floor and Decor has POOR quality in service. I ordered tiles at the the Floor and Decor Lawrenceville store in NJ yesterday afternoon. My contractor picked them up and found the store prepared WRONG tiles (of lower quality) and BROKEN tiles. I called the stores 9 times this morning and no one picked up the phone. When I contacted the Floor and Decor headquarters, an online live representative blamed me for not double checking when I picked the tiles up. Now I have to drive back to the store to see if the store has enough store of the type I ordered....I'd recommend to stay away from this store.

Bait and switch on laticrete product I couldn't get locally. Every search they had advertised they had the product. Ordered it from their website after checking three times if they had it in stock. Order goes through they get money. And the stock disappeared. Went through customer service they said it will ship it immediately or I will get my money back. They print a shipping label putting it in the "shipping process" and that is it. Can get refund will have to wait. I should have driven the 8 hours to pick it up instead of trusting these bozos.

The service at your store in Metairie La is awesome! You are welcomed as soon as you walk in the door and friendly staff is immediately available to help you. Joe and Blanco are superb! The cashier I think her name was Joy was very pleasant and helpful. While I was waiting to get my tile every time a employee passed they asked if I needed help or was being helped. Great customer service!

I highly recommend the Pine Ridge location. Jurate in the design center is fabulous. She goes above and beyond and has tremendous eye for any project.

I want to thank Christy at the McDonough floor and decor location for helping me with picking out the right grout for my shower tile. It turned out great!

Karen P in Ocean Township NJ, our design coordinator, was outstanding! She made incredible recommendations on the design using tiles we selected and wanted to use. She knew what we needed from grout color to trim pieces to sealer. I can not say enough good things about our experience with her as our guide!

The design team is GREAT here at MV! First, I need to mention Madison. I worked a little with Madison last year. She is very sweet and great at her job. We weren't quite ready to start our work, so nothing came to fruition from our meeting, but she was great when I needed her! Secondly, I recently I had the pleasure of working with their newest interior designer, Lisa, on our master bathroom remodel. I was overwhelmed and unsure of so many things when I went in there, and she was able to listen to my vision and literally designed my perfect bathroom! It is beautiful, with XL marble slabs and new marble floors also. The rendering on the computer that she did was extremely helpful when showing my contractor the vision. She used the software to design the bathroom without any delays. Lisa followed up with me via phone call and email and wasn't pushy about anything. She offered the right amount of help, and I didn't feel pressured or anxious after the rendering. I am forever grateful and will always be using Lisa's design services at F & D! Lastly, they have a great feeling of collaboration when it comes to designing. Madison was pulled into our design one day, and it was so helpful that they had a sense of teamwork. Good job, girls! I'll be back!
