From my experience in the Saugus, MA store, it's hard for me to understand the one and two star reviews. Kelly was amazing it helping with my tile selection, and making sure that we got everything we needed for the job. Today we saw Jason for some small follow up items, and he could not have been more pleasant and helpful. My contractor said when he picked up the tiles, the staff was very accommodating. 5+ stars for this location.

Extremely difficult to deal with. I purchased tile, then there was a delay in the project. I was hounded over when I would arrange for pickup of the tile, and barraged with erroneous emails about the status of my purchase. In the end the tile was "restocked"-- they took my purchased tile away just as my tile guy was able to pick it up, causing a further project delay and costing me additional money. To add the to mess, they refused to return my money, claiming over $1400 as "storage fee." We ordered tile from Arizona Tile, and you should consider doing so.

Went to the store on Fischer Marketplace. Sharpsburg, GA. Looking for flooring for the platform on my stairway. Mr. Robert asked if he could assist us with anything. We explained to him what we were looking for. I believed we hit the jackpot. Mr. Robert was so professional and very knowledgeable. It was his profession prior to his current job. He helped with everything that was needed to complete the project. He gave great points on cutting the materials, layouts and the type of material. Mr. Robert made the project very easy to complete. The company needs more associates like Mr. Robert

I'm only selecting five Stars because there is not more. I had the best experience ever at the Saugus Ma location. I'm a woman who is taken a bathroom remodeling on my own. Before I landed onto Floor and Decor, I had gone to multiple places such homedepot and Lowes, and ended up a bit overwhelmed and lost. Then, I went to Floor and Decor and found Kelly who is a designer. He brighten my dates. He was fantastic, I could take him home. I ended up super excited and happy with what bought.

I've been using this store for several years & have had nothing but the most remarkable customer service from every employee at this location. I would like to recognize Joe's willingness to go the extra mile and always help me find what I need. Without a second thought, he is always bending over backward to assist me with any & everything I need. In my 20+ years as a GC, I have never crossed paths with anyone as friendly, courteous, & willing to do whatever is necessary to assist me with my project needs. Thank you to the entire team at Webster, TX. Location for your outstanding customer service & for making my day & projects much smoother. And a huge shout out & thank you to Joe, whom I know I can always count on to work diligently to assist me with all my project needs. Thanks, Mike LaBeff

I had the best experience designing my bathroom at Floor and Decor. I set an appointment and luckily got JoAnn Fillis who was amazing. She took my hand drawings and turned them into professional works of art. I could not believe how nice the computer renderings turned out. JoAnn picked out the perfect combination of textures and colors from the wall and floor tile to the vanity and fixtures. She did not miss one detail. I would definitely use JoAnn again and recommend her to anyone that needs help designing a bathroom!
