Fitness Equipment BrokerReviews of fitnessequipmentbroker.com

Israel worked with me to obtain a recumbent stepper which I purchased. He gave me a time line when I would receive it. The only problem was someone coming to assemble it but Israel did get someone to come to assemble it.

Very hard to get ahold of. Left 3 or 4 messages to try to purchase. Purchased the equipment never received email confirmation or information on the equipment. Left 6-8 msgs and still no response. Equipment was delivered on time. With no receipt just instructions on how to put together.

y 11/22/2022, my Son-in-law and I purchased a Spirit800s from a Mr. Israel Colon. Mr. Colon was very professional in answering all my questions., I am a disabled and partially paralyzed Chief of Police from Stone Harbor , n.j. And n.j. State certified police recruit training coordinator from Cape May County, n.j. I was interested in a nustep rehab machine, However upon receiving the Spirit, it was all that and much better then the Nustep I have tried at the Smithville four seas adult community. I am 75 years old and had a stroke in 2002 while teaching at the Cape May County police academy, I love the machine and fitness programs it comes with

Both Israel and Roni were great in their communication and professionalism. We love the Spirit CRS800S, once it was assembled. BTW, the owner's manual is attached to the bottom of the control panel box. That was our only issue, which was quickly resolved with one email to Roni. Thank you for such a good machine. Now, if it would only do the work for me!!! :)

All employees were professional as well as friendly. Israel, The salesman, was extremely knowledgeable and explained all the details and benefits on both exercise equipment that I was looking at.

It pays To shop around they had the best price free shipping free handling and excellent assembler company. Follow up contact after the purchase was also excellent

Prompt delivery, they did what promise and help to choose the right equipment for my need

UPDATE! Thank goodness for Fitness Equipment Broker. After reading about my stepper not working, they called me, made suggestions of things for me to try, and got my machine working. It was great b/c I didn't have to wait for a repairman and got to start using the machine! GREAT customer service from Fitness Equipment Broker. OLD review: Working with Fitness Equipment Broker to purchase the equipment was great. Unfortunately, the guy sent to assemble the equipment was less than helpful and never tested the equipment once he put it together. The first time I got on it, the main console didn't work! I had to call Spirit Fitness to send someone to fix it. Very disappointing to have to wait another week or so before I can start exercising.
