The machine comes unassembled
The machine comes unassembled. You have to pay extra for assembly.

Thanks Bruce, yes we let all customers know before purchase that assembly is an additional option on new equipment which was purchased on your order. This is the same for most new machines we carry. Unit came with no operating instructions
Unit came with no operating instructions. We did find some on-line. Operating instructions are poorly written and hard to understand. Machine sends messages about using an application. What application? If unit needs accessories, why is this information not included in the purchase process?

Very hard to get ahold of
Very hard to get ahold of. Left 3 or 4 messages to try to purchase. Purchased the equipment never received email confirmation or information on the equipment. Left 6-8 msgs and still no response. Equipment was delivered on time. With no receipt just instructions on how to put together.

Early review
They are very responsive once they are contacted. Heads up the site says free shipping and no taxes but I never received my invoice on 9-11 the day I placed my online order so I decide to reach out on 9-13 and that's when I was told I owed taxes that the online order didn't charge me for. I've been giving a lead time of 15 business days b4 my item will ship and I understand it's covid to blame. I will update my review once I receive the item.
