My stepper arrived in 2.5 weeks and was assembled the following day. I am very pleased with FEB's service, product knowledge and vendors handling delivery and setup. I love this piece of equipment and used it with ease right after setup. Looking forward to a long, satisfying cardio journey with my new Spirit CRS800S. I have to say that the whole purchase experience was seamless. The delivery of my Spirit CRS800s was timely, took maybe a little over a week to get here. The installer texted me about two days before the delivery to advise me that he would be here the very same day to assemble the unit. He did so and did a wonderful job. I urge you to consider using FEB for the purchase of any equipment that you might need.

The customer service was outstanding. There were a few glitches with delivery, but one shout out to Israel and everything was taken care of. Israel was knowledgeable, responsive and a pleasure to work with. He also has a great team behind him, so it all happens.

I had a great experience through the purchase process. Delivery was quicker than expected and communication throughout was phenomenal. Overall, I had an excellent experience. Equipment was packaged and protected well for delivery, delivered quickly, and the sales team answered all my questions, were transparent and knowledgeable in their recommendations and answers.

Everything was as Israel had promised. Great machine delivered right inside my garage! Great service! Great people! Only reason didn’t give 5 stars was had to ream the holes for the seat cushion. Otherwise not that difficult to assemble. Love the machine!
