Ordered a anti static mat but order was never fulfilled and I lost $100. credit from Pay Pal in the process. What happened?
Response from Fitness Equipment BrokerDec 11, 2019
Hi Corey. I'm not sure what Paypal credit you are referring to. We never received payment for this order. We received a $99 payment on 11/27/19 and it was reversed immediately on the same day. We spoke with Paypal and they informed us that is was reversed because were either insufficient funds or the funding source was not linked properly. They also confirmed that we did not receive funds for your payment. If any payment came out of your account I'd recommend calling Paypal as we never received it. We agreed to resend a Paypal invoice, which we did on 12/4. This payment is still showing as pending. I'm not showing a phone number for you on Paypal or our records as the order was never placed. Please call us directly and let us know if there is anything else we can do to help. 888-566-4261. We have sent you an email as well and are waiting for your reply. We are hoping you will remove this review as this was not our error. Thank you.
