Fitness Equipment BrokerReviews of fitnessequipmentbroker.com

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Fitness Equipment Broker for their excellent customer service. Israel Colon was very helpful and was there with me through the entire process. I would recommend asking for him when searching for the right fitness machine that fits your needs. I received everything I was told and the time it arrived was perfect and on time. Thank you, Carol Thomas

Very professional and easy to order the recumbent bike that I needed for my wife. Israel was very helpful with this purchase. He provided the information needed to complete the set up also. The Spirit arrived today and the assembly instructions were easy to follow. My wife is disabled but she was able to transfer into the seat with no problem. She’s very excited about using this on her road to recovery 😊

Israel Colon was patient, helpful, knowledgeable, and listened to my needs before helping me decide on my recumbent crosstrainer. I ended up with a better unit than I was looking for at a reasonable price. Israel kept us informed of the entire process and answered all of our questions. I am very happy with my equipment that Israel recommended and would recommend Israel and Fitness Equipment Broker without hesitation.

you are trustworthy ,the delivery was as suggested-on time, the Spirit recumbent stepper appears to be the machine we hoped for- have not had time to really get familiar with it Roger Gallup

The best experience for us was the gentleman who assembled the recumbent bike. Robby was very knowledgeable and rapidly had the bike "up and ready to ride." We could not have done this ourselves, and it would have taken days. The bike itself is awesome, and I know it will help me gain strength in my lower extremities.

Very professional interaction with broker. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. We had concerns about ordering from CA when we are in Texas. Israel made sure to frequently update us & answer any questions. Shipping & assembly went without a hitch. We ordered on Oct 7 and received it on Oct 20 - we were able to start using the equipment this morning! Well done, Israel & FEB!

I first made contact with Israel on 9/29/22. I let him know what I was looking for. Having arthritis in my knees has been a challenge. He listened and took the time to help me to make an informed decision. I didn't feel pressured at all. When I decided to go forth with purchase, he was there for me every step of the way. Anytime I called, he always returned it. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Isarel was wonderful. So easy to work with, listened to my needs.
