Fitness Equipment BrokerReviews of fitnessequipmentbroker.com

My experience with Fitness Equipment Broker was very good. When I called into FEB I spoke with an owner named Isreal. He was very informative, answered all questions about several different models of recumbent bikes I asked about, was not pushy, offered several good comments about pluses and minuses of different bikes, and offered several pricing levels depending on extras. His explanations about shipping etc. were right on and proved very accurate.

Isreal Colon made my experience very satisfying. All of his statements were true and accurate. From our first conversation, Israel I found it easy and beneficial to gather and process the information to make our transaction come to a closing.

We were very impressed with your company. Everyone we talked to was always helpful and courteous and the driver who delivered the Sprit CRS 800S was extremely courteous and helpful. We would highly recommend your company to our friends.

My experience with Fitness Equipment Broker was very pleasant because of Israel in sales. I spoke with him a couple of times because the machine I originally contacted him about was not available and he talked to me about a comparable machine that was new instead of the reconditioned one that I called about, and it cost me less. There was no pressure, he just told me about it and let me make the decision. I appreciated that and I feel really good about my purchase!

It came just as the salesman said it was in a timely manner and is working well. Good experience. Thanks; Jim

Israel is extremely knowledgable, and dedicated to helping us understand why he was suggesting the Spirit Recumbent Stepper for our needs. When my husband called him to complain about the lack of communication from the install people on a Friday night, Israel said he’d look into it & call him back on Monday. He didn’t follow through. Getting the assembly/install completed was not smooth. Communication was, at best, poor. The regular guy passed our assembly off to another who arrived as scheduled on a Monday evening. He added that he was there because the other guy said we were getting upset so he was able to do it quicker. Our expectations regarding assembly were created by FEB although we were told by the guy who came that for three years they have been unable to meet the tight timeframe customers are given. As we’ve experienced from other installation or delivery personnel, they arrive to ignorantly ask the question “are we supposed to take the trash with us?” We were so fed up we told him we would handle it. We had to buy extra trash stickers to discard all of the styrofoam and we recycled the cardboard. He seemed to expect a tip but having paid for the assembly, dealt with the frustration & now the trash, a tip wasn’t happening. Thankfully, the recumbent stepper is outstanding!

No high pressure sales. Representatives were well informed and very courteous and helpful.

Assembly instructions are horrible. Equipment is not fully assembled yet. I may need some expert advice. Also parts are not easily identified. I may be missing a “seat bottom”. I’m not done but for the cost there should be a more detailed and clearly understood assembly guide. ALL THIS IS CRITICAL OF MANUFACTURING. Fitness equipment broker is assisting me to rectify my issue with manufacturing.
