Fitness Equipment BrokerReviews of fitnessequipmentbroker.com

Very helpful in directing me toward right piece of equipment to buy in my price range. Fulfillment was excellent.

Spoke with Israel about purchasing a NuStep unit. After talking at length about my needs, issues etc. I ultimately purchased a Spirit machine for a better price that has more options. I had reviewed them both but the professional opinion helped with the decision. His knowledge of his equipment was fantastic. No pushing to go with either unit just information. Delivery was great, driver came when i was told and brought into garage for me. Havent gotten it together yet as life has been a bit hectic but Im sure I will love it. Big thank you Israel!

Live sales person & quick easy delivery.

All in all, it was a smooth sale. The delivery was a little bit hectic, because one didn’t tell the other house soon the stepper was going to get to my house. I will say the guy that delivered it from Texas went above and beyond by bringing it inside my foyer because it was raining. The assembly person did not know until Saturday night that Tuesday was when it was to arrive, it ended up being all right. He was able to get here and do it. It was just a bit hectic but otherwise I can’t tell you what a great experience it was. I love my recumbent stepper it’s unbelievable.

Expert advice and help from Israel. Due to bone infection left leg amputated above the knee. Was looking at another machine. Gave info on the one I bought..

I made an order and was quickly confirmed. The broker called me directly to confirm a discrepancy between my billing address and mailing address. He was polite and professional. Confirmed the details, made delivery and set up arrangements.

Knowledgeable salesperson guided me to the right equipment. Helpful to get fast shipping.

Communication was very good. The transaction went well.
