Great Customer Service. They were charging $21 for shipping a small bell that was $9. I contacted them and they gave me free shipping!

Such great bikes that bought three of them! Classic beach cruisers. People in Seattle always where can you get them.

The bike arrived in perfect shape! The quality components, ease of assembly had me riding comfortably within 30 minutes! A great bike, and one of the most comfortable I have ever ridden! Lara in Customer Service is a treasure, and worked really hard to make sure I had my bike for our big wedding anniversary trip!

I left 3 messages and never received a return phone call

My problem with it was the instructions were very generic, the two protective pieces that should have been on the base of the handle bar unit were in a separate bag so I was trying to figure out where on the bike they were supposed to go. (Watched YouTube video to put bike together and found out what those pieces were, trash). Also, the leather seat had tears where the adjustment gears were, scratched paint in some places and one of the rear fender arms had been bent out of position. My daughter loves it so we didn’t return it

Very nice bike (7 speed urban) only small problem front rim bent rubbing on brake. Will be sending back for a new one, other than that all good

I went to the Torrance store/facility on Saturday to buy some rims couldn't get in ,gate was locked. Saw people riding bikes. Looked for another entrance, none. Honked for awhile until someone came out and yelled the code at me. I mentioned my frustration about being locked out and got a flip response. When I asked for the rims ...."you have to come back Monday there in back ,there are no mechanics, and its not my job" So much for customer service. They are great about promoting themselves online but my reality wasn't so great. Maybe I'll visit the design center in Hermosa.
